Driving from Contra Costa to Marin I noticed a chip in my windshield, one sure to grow if not immediately addressed. I pulled in to Auto Glass Express 30 minutes before closing. They took care of me right away. While the guy did the work the lady at the desk guided me through the process of getting a referral from Geico explaining that they waive the deductible for this kind of repair. My car was broken into via the passenger door window and I was in a pinch to get it fixed. I usually go to the dealership to have my car serviced but they didn’t have the window in stock and couldn’t guarantee to have it done in time for when I needed my car back. Thankfully, I called Auto Glass Express. Ladan made me feel at ease. She understood my urgency and within minutes of calling, was able to source the window and make arrangements necessary for the repairs to be done within the same day. The window repair was completed in the time frame quoted (~1.5 hrs), the repair was done right, and the shattered glass that was still left in the car was cleaned up beautifully. They are like Safelite but local. My windshield needed to be replaced which they did and calibrated my front camera for lane assist as well. They take most insurances. Very professional. Good communication. Easier to get an appointment with them then safelite.

My car passenger window was bashed in. I called around for pricing and other information. Auto Glass Express could fit me in the same day, sooner than anyone else. They replaced my window while I waited (I could have gotten mobile service the next day if I had wanted). There were several other cars before me but it only took them 30 minutes. And the cost was under $200. My other quotes went as high as $350. Highly recommend them.

Great service! Came in 30 min early for my appointment and they were able to accommodate and get the job done within literally 20 min after I arrived. Albeit it was the small stationary rear passenger window that I needed to get fix but definitely using this place if my car gets broken into again (hopefully never!). Driving 30-40 min was worth it in comparison to the other places I’ve looked into plus their prices are more than reasonable for the service you get. Ive have Auto Glass Express work on my car twice now and they have been exceptionally nice, professional, and pleasant to work with both times. Contacted this company because my rear glass window had gotten broken out. They checked to see if they could readily get a replacement for my make and model car and told me to bring it right in that morning. I was shocked that within an hour and fifteen minutes of dropping it off they let me know my car was all done and ready to be picked up. The service and professionalism was absolutely stellar! I had a great experience getting a side window replaced after a smashngrab. Called on a Friday morning and was able to get an appointment for Saturday afternoon. This is the best experience Ive had with a glass company (and Ive lived in some shady areas where I would lose a car window somewhat regularly).I wanted to do in-shop service and left a VM at 8:10 requesting a quote. I had a call back in about 30 minutes. Theyd already verified that they had the glass needed for my rear window in stock and were able to see me the same day.The place is easy to find. The woman who helped me was friendly and informative. Best of all they were 25% less than my dealer who also had the glass in stock and about 10% less than another shop near buy who would have to order it and couldnt help me the same day.Next time I need a window replaced Im going here.

Very quick and good service. Got a quote and they needed one day for the windshield glass to come in. I dropped car off in the morning and it was finished in the afternoon. They let me leave the car overnight since I couldnt pick it up before they closed.

Got my car window smashed my second week living here and had to rely on Yelp to find somewhere to replace it that was open on a Saturday.... I am glad I found Auto Glass Express! I was able to make a same day appointment and the repair and clean up job only took an hour--just enough time to grab lunch at the Venezuelan place down the street. Very friendly and helpful service, they did a great job. Also, the warehouse had brought them the wrong window and, without skipping a beat, they were able to procure the correct one from a junkyard within the same amount of time! (I was fine with a used one.)Hopefully I will not need any more glass replaced anytime soon on my car, but I am glad I know where to go if I do.

This is my local glass shop but Id drive a long way to use them. I once called them at 2pm to replace a window - the owner drove to get the replacement glass and I had my car back at 5PM. Theyve always gone the extra mile and their repairs are right the first time.
