Lilian and Albas Glass are wonderful! They came in, gave me an analysis of what needed to be done, ordered the parts and replaced my double paned window without issue. They also replaced a mechanism on another window...did I mention the windows are on the third floor of a Condo? They did everything from the inside!We were told by other companies that the whole window frames had to be replaced ...thank goodness for Lilian and Albas Glass. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars. Honest, reasonable and great customer service. Highly highly recommend!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

When I write a review I occasionally find that five stars just isnt enough for what an establishment provided. This is true of my interaction with ALBAs Glass. Their service is top notch. Lillian was pleasant to work with and very knowledgable in all her answers. This included proactively organizing a safely-distanced appointment and assessment of my project. Kudos as well to Robert for being out here during these times to ensure the work could move forward quickly. Should I, or anyone I know, have any glass-related needs, I know who to call. I needed a small custom cut mirror to finish my half bath. Lillian said it would be 4-6 days. It arrived in 4 days, perfect timing for my contractor to finish my project. I picked it up and the staff was professional and courteous. The mirror has polished edges and is beautiful.

I am a project manager in the commercial construction industry. They want to charge me $150.00 just to give a price quote. Some red flags there.

Alba’s did the glass on the door to an old wooden bathroom cabinet for me. It came out perfect, in the expected time frame.

Albas is wonderful! They were able to replace a cracked beveled mirror in one of two doors in an antique French armoire. The doors match perfectly. Its impossible to tell which doors mirror was replaced. They were very courteous, professional and delivered as promised. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service ever. Very rude and barely speak English. Do not recommend working with them.
