I am a software developer who was caught on a very odd situation. I accidentally dropped my laptop. All of the sudden all these lines started appearing on my screen. I called these guys and they were a life saver. They not only had a used screen for my MacBook, they were able to change it and had it back to me on that same day. Talking about super fast service! :) Chris was super helpful and made the whole process really easy.

Amazing service! Not only did they fix my laptop in 24 hours, but when I was unable to come and get it, they brought it to me. They were more than reasonable cost-wise and made what could have been a nightmare into an almost enjoyable experience!

There are no such place here. It is a scam, if you call them they straightly ask for your credit card number.

We had two issues with 2 different computers in the same week. How lucky right? Mark and his team saved us. My sons gaming laptop just crashed and decided to no longer power up. My wifes MacBook started to glitch after getting really hot. I called Berkeley Laptop Repair and 2 days later we had both computers working again. I thank you guys and will be using your services again, hopefully not too soon. :)

My moms macbook for awhile was taking forever to boot. It got to a point where it would most of the time not even boot completely, and would just freeze. I believe it had been acting up prior to this issue, but of course she would not tell me. Anyway, a new Solid State Drive was installed, along with a new operating system,. They were also able to rescue and migrate all of her files into the new drive. Although, at the present time I am not living in the bay area, I contacted these guys and they were superb reaching out to her and really saving the day.

Today I am a very happy camper! :) I was freaking out for the past 2 days. My laptop died suddenly on me and I had not done a backup in almost 3 months (Lesson learned, always backup!). A technician came to my work and was able to extract all the data I needed. He also determined that my motherboard was dead and given the age of that laptop he suggested making better use of my bucks towards buying a newer computer.Thank you!!! I will use you again for sure.

Ive moved to the east bay recently and about a week ago my roommate accidentally dropped wine on my macbook. I called this place and Alex advised me not to try turning on my laptop and to bring it in.On the following day they were able to clean it up and I ended up having to replace my keyboard, but that was it. A friend of mine, who also had liquid spilled all over her laptop ended up spending more than 500.00 to replace what I believe was the board on her macbook. I am thankful to Alex and his crew. Aly
