Some of the friendliest service I have ever experienced. I did the VIP Detail for $99.95 (I do a detail once a year) and my car looks better than when I bought it at the dealership brand new. I came back for the detail after getting the least expensive wash ($39.95) a couple months ago, as I was also very happy with that wash. It is pricey but it’s full service and they do a very good job. Will definitely be back.

What’s most interesting about this place is that they first spray suds on your windshield before you enter the automated wash thing. So you can’t see anything while slowly driving your car towards a blurry splash of colors. You still need to perform a feat of carefully aligning your tire with something you don’t see at all. You can’t hear people’s directions because your windows are closed due to spraying and wiping. What you do is basically “use the force”. And question to the staff: what’s the tipping policy there? (Rates etc)

I paid $49 for an exterior and interior wash. I had to redo the windows when I got home, there was remaining dust on the dashboard and doors, visible pieces of dirt and tiny pebbles that hadn’t been vacuumed in the trunk, and the hubcaps aren’t even clean (I had to take a brush and hose to them at home). Beyond disappointed - you’re better off using the money for 5 drive through car washes and doing a quick pass on your interior with a paper towel.

I do not recommend using this place. Their prices are expensive for what they offer, and even when we went to use their service at their advertised price of $35 for a basic clean (still expensive!), they said that there was a standard price for ANYONE who has been to Burning Man of either $120 for a basic clean, or $150 for an ‘executive’ clean. To create new prices based on where someone has been with their car, rather than how dirty their car is - for instance we had been to BM but our car was actually in pretty good condition already - is literally discriminative and in the UK at least that would be an illegal action for a business to take: I would guess there is similar policy around discrimination in the US too. We ended up driving 12 minutes away from this place to Gold Coin Car Wash in Oakland and paid in total $7 to completely wash, rinse and vacuum our car, saving us $143, and we had no additional charges from our rental car company when we returned it so I would say that they agreed that Gold Coin Car Wash in Oakland is a better place to go !

Literally the worst car wash and interior vacuuming Ive ever had!!!! Not too mention how pricey it was. Ive been to many car washes & by far this has to be the worst. There was dust everywhere I moved my seats back & still a mess that wasnt vacuumed. My back seats had glitter before and after leaving. When I received the car there were still wet areas which were sprayed & never wiped. There was still trash inside. I couldve done a way better job myself... FOR FREE!!!!! Oh & lets not forget all my coins were gone WTH???!!!! Anyways I 100% DO NOT recommend this place, if I could put zero stars I would & if you do go please check your car before just driving off like I did. 🤬👎🏽

They do good work and are efficient. They’re always busy. Their prices are posted so you chose what you want. I like their system.

DO NOT GO HERE: My partner got a hand wash and wax, afterwards they move the car around the block and when he got home we found a HUGE scrape, dug right through the bumper paint (this wasnt there when it was brought in as the car is less than 6 months old and we back into private parking spots with only myself parking next to him) and when we tried to voice our concern the manager completely disregarded us and denied everything - providing no compensation nor even trying to make amends to maintain our business. Given that we used to EXCLUSIVELY go to this place for ALL of our washes and waxes I am disappointed to say I will never go here again.

Not so impressed with their services per Money they charged. Paid $ 150 for interior clean and shampoo. When I got my car back. Carpet are not vacuumed much, see lots of let over. Have to do vacuumed again at gas st. Car foot mats are not even cleaned and put back they just dump it in car trunk. And when try to get someone to ask for not cleaning it. They just walk away. And this guy who got my key back just stand there expecting tips. Never go there again.

A 2-in-1 service station that has a car wash with a crew to wash and dry. Workers are quick to detail your ride as tips comes piling in. No problems with any transaction buying gas or car wash. Your ride comes out gleaming clean like a new car. Be careful when pulling out as you may inadvertently hit a worker scrambling around.

Efficient, quick, polite service. Detailing interior missed some spots along the door jambs, and glass could have been cleaner. For the price and speed, they do a great job.

Today I went in to get my regular car wash on my Touchless Car Wash, which includes inside and out with car wax and tire shine... But aside from that I had to ask for some extra cleaning on my sofa which was stained with milk and some other nasty stuff. Let me say WOW the back seat is like new! They soaped it and did some deep clean back there and it looks awesome!!!Spotless!

If i can give this place a negative 5 i would. I brought my car here to get it detailed. I paid 50 bucks and they were supposed to wash, vacuum, clean the inside part of the glass and clean the wheels. When I got my car back I felt like I got robbed. My 10 year old nephew could have done a better job. This place is a JOKE! Im surprise that this place is still open for business. If you want a half as5 detail service and dont care about quality at all and throw your money away then come to this place. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication for doing a half asz job!!! You guys are the best!!!

I have been a long time customer of this car wash (regularly over the last 10 years or so) and I have to say that the quality of wash has gone down significantly over time while the price as gone up. Took my car for a wash here today and I was disappointed to see there was still dirt on the side of my car and they didn’t even wipe down the inside well because dust was still visible on several surfaces. There were still leaves and debris on the borders of the trunk too. I may as well have gone through an automated wash and saved myself 30+ bucks. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.

Not happy paid $100.00 for their VIP service vehicle was dirty when it was returned to me they didnt offer assistance to fix the problem floors were dirty, mud guards still had road dust on them cup holders were not cleaned! Grossss!!!! And they left their water bottles in my truck! Grossss!!!!! Never again!

Very bad experience. I went for a basic wash inside and outside. They washed my car in like 5 min...and you can tell!! If outside it looks fine...inside is way too superficial, not really acceptable. Dust hair and everything is not easy to reach is still there. Glasses? same. The corners are just dirty as they were before. Not really recommended

Got my car washed on Friday. And I was highly dissatisfied. I do a much better job at the car washes you do yourself. 1st they asked me if I wanted to upgrade to take care of my tires for 4 or 5 dollars (I cant remember) and I said yes. My half of my rims were still dirty and werent clean. The drivers side tires had a shiny look to them while the passengers looked dry. 2nd my center console still has a dried up coffee spill visible! I mention this to the guy that gave me my keys back. He siad it wouldnt come up. Mind you once I got back to work I grabbed a paper towel and some general cleaner and that tough coffee that wouldnt come up. Came right up! My circular AC vents still had dust on top. And for me the worst part is I have these little tree sap balls stuck to the exterior of the car. Once I got into the sun I could see they were still all over ther car and windows. That was the main reason I took it to them because I didnt feel like making the effort to get that all off. Apparently $37 isnt enough for them to make the effort either. Also once I drove my car that night I could see all the swirls and cloudiness on my windows from them attempting to clean them. I wouldnt recommend going here. I will not be back. On to the next car wash even though I drive past this one every single day.

Never really had any problems here getting their 3rd tier wash. Its never spotless, but theyre quick and my car looks clean until really looking into the tight spots.

Very poor customer service and even worse at actually washing the car. I asked for The Works wash ($44) and when I got back a half hour later it looked like the were not done- wheels were filthy, lots of places missed on every panel, and inside was wet but unclean. They very hesitantly agreed to finish the job, hastily making a few swipes with thier rags here and there. Manager was of no help, claiming they did a bad job because it was hard to see all the spots they missed (this is in broad daylight with every dirty area painfully obvious). Then he said they would have done a better job if I was a regular customer (like thats going to happen). Pathetic.

Not touchless. Not good value at $26 for the cheapest wash. Probably a little better job than an automated wash, but there was still soap on my car when it was all done. Better than nothing.

The classic human powered old school car wash, with three levels of clean, starting at $26 I go there often. You can also sit and have a coffee, while your car gets buffed to perfection.

No one knows what the hell is going on, no instructions, people everywhere, and we paid $25 for just an exterior wash. Would not recommend.

Our company used to use this car wash to clean our business and personal vehicles. The service and quality of the wash used to be great years ago but recently it has gone downhill.Blatant areas are missed on the outside and inside. Wet microfiber cloths are left forgotten in the backseat or even in more obvious places like on top the engine hood.The last time I went they did not properly install the driver-side floormat back properly and it was jammed on top of the brake pedal preventing its use. Luckily I realized this when pulling out and used the e-brake at a slow speed.The prices have crept up over the years which is justifiable (eg: inflation, increases in labor / minimum wage, rent, etc.). However, whats not justifiable is the falling standard and quality of the washes.

The scratched my whole brand new car here and refused to fix it, they even said they did not do it, which of course is a lie cause the car was brand new and it was its first wash. If you like your car, dont take it here. You are advised.

Took the boss truck here recently. Got bitched out for an hour over the job done. Total rush job. Debris left in corners. Areas not fully wiped. Cant believe what we paid for the service either.Had to do it again myself.

When I was living in the Haight in SF I went to the Divisadero location of this brand relatively frequently and always was pleased with the high-quality job they did. My experience at the Berkeley location was much worse - higher prices and a dirtier car. The big issue I had was that when they gave me the keys back (after waiting about 20 minutes) the driver and passenger seats weren’t even vacuumed with lots of visible crumbs and debris still visible (yes the car was a bit disgusting by the time I finally took it in here!). Anyhow, after I pointed it out they came and vacuumed again and seemed to get most of it, but after closer examination it was pretty clear that even after that second run the quality wasn’t nearly as good as what I was used to in the city.

It seems pricey here but I decided to see if this place is 100% touchless. Not completely touchless, workers still have to wipe down after first rinse and drying, which is understandable. 2 stars for not a complete drying wipe down. Seems like the back of my car was not even wipied, I ended up wiping the dirt down myself. Cost Too much for an average carwash. Ill stick with my local $10 carwash.

L was impressed with how dirt free my car was after they were finished, my carpet was so clean and even the little spots that attract dirt was cleaned out.

I took my car to clean because it had sand on the carpets and a smudge of grease near one of the tail lights. To my surprise, they did not clean that. I observed them as they cleaned it and they looked like they were in a huge hurry to be done. Their business model is not good, at least for me as a customer.

You work at a car wash. Why am I telling you how to clean my car? Wipe the dash? Really? Wash the tires, windows? cup holders? What the heck? Worst customer service overall. Talking with the manager and very rude told me to call the owner but he didn’t give me a phone #. 12 gas pumps on site but only 2-3 are open. The rest are blocked by employees cars.

Well, they did not vacuum the back of the wagon. They did not vacuum the mats, the machines did not clean the bumpers which were just as dirty as they were when i went in. What a waste of money. not cheap, either!

Took 45 minutes after they said it’d take 5-10, left with water spots and $35 less in my pocket.

I just paid $45 for touchless wash and interior vacuum. I wasnt impressed, when I got home I had a look and there was still dust and dirt in the carpets and seats and plenty in the trunk. It was rushed and not thorough. I wont go back

Over price and disappointment service, they charge 15 dollar for a Express wash the dont include dry or vacuuming for car interior.
