Henry is great. Ive taken my car here three times — once for a dead battery, once for regular vehicle maintenance, and once for a flat tire — and every time he gave me a fair rate. Hes good at explaining what the mechanics are doing even for people like me who dont know a lot about cars. Today he even buffed out some scratches on my car for free, telling me its a shame to have a nice car looking like this, Im going to fix it up and I wont charge you. Highly recommend!

Honest and dependable.Its difficult to find a place where it doesnt feel like the mechanic isnt trying to scalp you. I think its because cars in general are very expensive so theres rarely good news. I go here, my girlfriend goes here, and so does my brother and sister.Stop looking, and just go here, this is the place you want, promise.

Henry Chins Auto is exceptional. They always provide excellent service at great prices. The thing I value the most about their business is that they always are willing to thoroughly explain to me (in a non-condescending way! Rare for being a young woman going alone to an auto shop!) the services they are doing and why, and quote an approximate price before you mutually agree that the service is necessary. Their communication from drop off to pick up is awesome, and I highly recommend them to all of my friends.

I have been using Henry Chins Auto care for 4 years and it is the only place Ill take my car. When I got a 2012 Prius and took it to the dealership, they were going to charge me $4000 for issues with the tires, ac and engine. I got a second opinion from Henry and he didnt find anything wrong with the AC or Tires and managed to fix the engine problem for a total of $800 in less than a day. I wont take it to the dealership again. I then had to take a roadtrip across the country and back, covering over 10,000 miles. The check engine light didnt come on once. I am so grateful for all the years of service Henry, for keeping my cars functional and not breaking my bank account to do it. Best service in town, hands down.

Came here the day before New Years Eve needing new breaks and new rotors. I called at 2pm and they said come in immediately and had my car ready to go just two hours later. This shop was extremely timely, professional, and best of all reasonably priced. I will be back here for all future repairs and 5/5 recommend anyone coming here.

We stopped by to see if they could attach our new license plate bracket (moved from out of state and didn’t have a front plate, also didn’t bring any power tools with us). They did it for free and were super helpful and nice! Will 100% return:)

I’ve been here twice, the first time I had to get a new tire because it was somehow damaged and made a weird noise. They fixed it and it was all pretty easy (although I waited for 6 hours, which isn’t their fault since they told me they would call, and it was UPS that was late). The second time I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it quick and easy, and made it convenient for me. There’s a coffee shop next door with delicious food and good coffee, so that’s a nice extra perk if you’re waiting for your car.

Phenomenal service. Went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule for a job that was likely his smallest of the day. Will be returning.EDIT: Had an unrelated issue two days later, with an hour left before Memorial Day weekend. I wont go into details, but what Henry & his team did to ensure that my car was working that weekend showed an unprecedented level of service. While I didnt call to thank him (I thought hed heard enough from me this week), Im hoping hell see this review and know how much I appreciate the help.

Said he was backed up 2 weeks the second I told him my vehicle is a 1985 model. This is the second time I I contacted him about repairs for my vehicle...So he is either really good and slow, or chooses which vehicles he really wants to work on.

They are honest and transparent about their pricing / services.One time I had a burned out turn signal bulb and brought my car in. They put in a new bulb in less than a minute and told me no charge!

Ive had an excellent experience with Henrys Auto Care ever since I was referred by another well-regarded auto repair shop several years ago that didnt want to take on the complications of my salvage-title Prius.Ive always found them to be honest, fair, and timely, as well as being reasonably priced.Henry is indeed a top-level diagnostic wizard! He recently solved a complicated problem with the cars electronic control module shutting down, due to what turned out to be a malfunctioning air flow sensor. We had agreed to a 1-hour labor charge for the diagnosis, which ended up being much longer because of the complexity of the testing protocol, but he kept his word with the diagnosis charge. Hopefully from now on it will just be simple tuneups and oil changes. :)

DO NOT GO HERE!!This place will RIP YOU OFF and they are NOT honest!I brought my car in because the brakes werent working. I looked it up on the internet and found out that a lot of people have had the same problem on my same car and so I googled the part that was causing the problem and saw that the most expensive place that was selling the part was selling it for $150. I also watched a YouTube video of somebody replacing that part in my same car that lasted 7 minutes. Some of it was edited, so for the sake of simplicity, I figured I would be willing to pay somebody an hours worth of work to replace it since I didnt want to do it myself. This garage charges $120 per hour for labor, so I figured, with taxes and fees, it shouldnt be more than $300. This place wanted to charge me $900!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! When I said I saw the part online for $150, they told me to bring my own part and they would install it for $350!! When I said I watched somebody doing it on YouTube and it took them less than an hour to do it, he said, then why dont you do it yourself! If I wanted to do it myself why would I have brought my car to a garage???DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

This place is amazing. The turn around is quick and the diagnosis always on point. I always feel like the are very patient and hugely knowledgeable. Got a question, they have answers!

Terrible customer service. The owner was very rude and unprofessional towards my mother and I. We just were passing by and asked how was his prices and he asked if we came from the shelter near by. I said we were just picking up my mothers property because she found housing. His response was that we couldnt afford his shop and he laughed. I told him that was very rude and for him to apologize he then said that he could say anything he wanted because he owned the shop. He then said goodbye and called my mother a shelter mom as he was smirking. Very unprofessional and ugly ways towards potential customers. I really feel sorry for this lonely man who probably has family problems.
