Horrible. i can say they where all very nice there but they didn’t give me what i asked for witch was just simple. she made me bleed a lot & didn’t even clean up cut she continued to work on my nails. i asked for a medium long & she gave me SHORT NAILS. they literally looked like glue on nails. a hour later of getting my nails done the polish started to chip & the nails started to lift off my actual nail. the acrylic wasn’t smooth at all, very bumpy & some nails where very thin & some where thick. i paid 66$ for something i could have gotten for 45$. i will not be returning to this place at all. really upset of how it turned out. the first picture is what i asked for & the 2nd one is the results. i was so upset. i showed her & picture & everything. lack of communication she had also.

My new favorite nail place! I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 15 years now. This location just happens to be near my office, so I stopped one day to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! They are 30 minutes away from my home and I will still drive to see them, passing up at least 10 other salons along the way. They are patient, never rushing, always making sure your nails are perfect, and SO friendly! Highly recommend 🥰

So funny how I was going to come a make an appointment. However, after hearing how one my beautiful black sister was treated. Never catching me here in this place!!!! Shame! I wish I could give zero stars!So funny because I was going to set up multiple services. So who really lost out!!??

First time having a pedicure. Friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. The facility is very clean and relaxing. The massage chairs felt amazing and set the mood. I know i will definitely be back for another top-notch experience!

New ownership. A few months ago, new owners came in and things got better. Laughter, singing and friendliness now makes this a fun experience.Always beautiful nails, and many, many colors/polishes to choose from. Just a nice, relaxing experience every time now.

Great service & prices, friendly employees, very clean, huge selection of colors, and I love the new pedicure chairs!! Im pleased that I only need to go back due to my own nail growth, never for any other reason! Definitely would recommend!

I was happy with my 1st experience there today. Cathy did a nice job painting gel polish on my own nails. Huge color selection, clean store and prices were comparable to others!

Great pedicure with massage but the place was dirty. Floor needed swept. 3 pedicures finished while I was there, and not one of the bowls got cleaned afterwards. When she let the water out of the one I used, you could smell mold.Reasonable price and close to home but I won’t be going back there again.

Had a dip powder manicure. Nails chipped within the first week. Went in to have the first chip fixed, and the nail looked worse after the fix then chipped again the next day. Very disappointed in the quality. Had a dip powder at another salon and it lasted for 3 weeks. I will not go back.

R&t nails takes walk-ins over p scheduled appointments why would I go

Rude (to kids and adults) and argumentative staff, over priced services, charge individually for services that seem to go together {$10-15 extra to have heels done during a full pedicure, for example}. Toes turned out ok, but not worth the trouble or headache!!

My nails were absolutely horrible, she rushed and did my nails and told me they didn’t have the color i wanted AFTER i had already paid.

I used to live in Berea, so this was my normal nail salon and I loved it. I went last night to get a full set with shellac over the acrylic. The girl that did my nails did a horrible job. She was in such a rush she didnt even file my nails down. Theyre rigid and uneven. The shellac is clumpy and poorly done. Will never make another visit to this salon.

They tried to over charge me by $25!Very disappointed in the rushed service too!

Very bad experiences. Nail tech was very impatient with removing my gel polish so she shaved a layer off my nails with the thing you use to shape acrylics. Caused damage to my nails. She also was in a rush and did my nails standing up. Gave this place so many chances but wasted my money and got ripped off

Does not deserve one star... I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is the worst... the thickness on every nail is different and looks like I have hills where they did no file correctly ....i was so disappointed I wouldnt even allow them to paint my nails...

I could not even stand to walk to the front desk as it smelled SO bad as soon as I opened the door. I never received any service at this shop.
