This post office is ridiculously unorganized. I have had two issues regarding my packages being delivered on time and in the right place. The first time, my package was sent to the wrong building. The second and current issue is that my package from Amazon was supposedly delivered at 8:30 AM on a Sunday and in fact it was NOT delivered. I was home in my apartment at 8:30 AM and, I did not hear any packages delivered to my door as I normally do when packages are delivered to my door. It has been 4 days and still no package.I called the post office and spoke with the manager directly who was inconsiderate, nonchalant, and essentially acted like it wasnt the post offices fault for losing my packages. He was unprofessional and would not take responsibility for his offices lack of efficient delivery. He repeatedly told me that the package was scanned in and delivered to my apartment and there was a picture of this scan as evidence. There was no package. And there was no delivery. He claimed that my packages must have been stolen, which in fact they were not. I was home. Matter of fact, I did hear a truck outside of my apartment and heard them delivering mail (or small packages) as I heard mailboxes being opened and closed.Either way, I know my package wasnt stolen as I opened my door almost immediately when I got a notification that my packages were delivered. My packages were not there. Amazon is not responsible for packages that are not delivered. The post office is responsible for that and I need a system implemented that creates accountability and verification on the offices end. If you take a picture of the scanned package, I also want a picture of where that package was left (in front of the door, on the stairs, etc.) and I want to be notified via email or text of that said picture so I know where to look for it and if it was actually delivered.I am livid and I will be continuing to pursue further action so that no one else had to deal with this incompetency and essentially, lies that a package was delivered when it was clearly NOT.

On 12/23/19, My granddaughter and her friend were walking home from Groza. The girls got turned around and didnt know how to get home. They approached the mail carrier, Kris, to get directions home. Kris called and texted my phone to ensure the girls made it home safely.I deeply appreciated her help with getting the girls home safely. THANK YOU KRIS!

Nice small town office - handles most needs and is open normal hours. Very easy to park in front. Also, there is a FEDEX box on the street that does not pick up until 8:30 p.m.

Drive thru mail boxes. Always pretty fast inside. They do not have a kiosk though. Parking is good.

One of the better post offices Ive used. I had a box here for business for a couple decades. Used to be a stand-alone Post Office that sorted mail etc. but now operates more like a branch PO affiliated with CLE and the Cleveland Post Office. Hours are coordinated with the CLE Airmail station. Good service and friendly people on both sides of the counter. A little busy during lunch times and at the end of the business day but most of the customers know how a post office works so the line moves. Easy access to outside boxes and sufficient angle and street parking close to the front door on streets with tolerable traffic are pluses.

This place is like stepping into the 1960s. Which isnt terrible but they have no self service machines. And parking is horrible.

I wish I could put less than one star. There is another street with my numerical address and the delivery person frequently sends my mail to the other street! LEARN TO READ. I shouldnt have to go out of my way to retrieve my mail when it says plain as day my street name on it. Lord knows how many pieces of mail Ive missed because of this. Today I had to grab a package that was delivered there - what if that had been an expensive package? It is absolutely ridiculous that my mail isnt being delivered to the right address. It would be understandable if it was only a One time occurrence, but numerous times? Its unacceptable. Im getting my packages delivered elsewhere by a different form of delivery from now on since I cant trust your staff to simply read a label.

Worst of the worst. Lose packages. Mail from overseas seems to throw them into a tizzy that they cant recover from. Im still getting letters from Cleveland saying they are still looking for a package that arrived months ago that they initially lost! The staff is so rude and very incompetent. Ive chased down more packages than I can count. If I could get my mail delivered to Olmsted Falls, which is just as close I would..world of difference in the attitude of the staff. Berea needs changes.

Its a normal post office without a self service station & be careful backing out of the parking spots in front of the post office.
