Sam returned my car around 11pm after picking it up around 6pm. However, after receiving my car and paying $85, the next morning (when it’s not dark outside) I see that my car has not been detailed whatsoever. It had been washed on the outside but I did not get what I payed for. The inside was still dirty (the car wasn’t disgusting to begin with) I had just bought it off of someone and wanted it detailed first. The inside was not clean or even attempted to be clean. After weeks of being promised a refund he still has not refunded me. When calling it goes straight to voicemail even though previously he had answered my call. He still has not refunded me. Very unprofessional and do not recommend.

Sam did an extremely great job with my 2013 RAV4. It looks as “new” as it did when we bought it used from Toyota South a few years back. He provided a receipt for my cash payment and was very proud of his work! I recommend him highly!!
