Went through car wash yesterday and paid for the Top Choice, and immediately after saw dirt and marks still on the car. The wash, more or less, moved dirt around the car or made it even more visible.

Its a very good place to wash your car its only 1.00 for the vacuum and it runs for a while.

Okay for a $10 wash. There was still some residue from the bird poop attack that assailed my car, and still some junk that a tree dumped on it, but at least it was knocked loose, and the car was mostly shiny again. I would use this place again in a pinch, but I prefer to use the classy chassis in Richmond, even though it costs more. Really, if they just programmed it so that it did one more scrub across the car and an additional rinse, I would probably be much more satisfied. I definitely prefer it to a no-touch wash.

You now have an option to pay with debit card at the car wash stall. BUT its not really an option when the quarter slot is full and you cant put money in it. So with no instructions or info about the coat I paid $10 for 7:15 minutes to wash my own vehicle. I will not be back.

This place always seems to have a issue with the drive thru automatic car wash. 2 times I have gone there it takes my money and the wash never starts. Ive called the # and left a message and no response

Its good just old! Need to upgrade and you dont get alot of time for the money.

We paid for the $10 Ultimate wash, since my young kids wanted to see the Tri-colored foam. There was no foam, so the kids were disappointed and I feel ripped off. Walked around the car afterward to see if what we did get was at least quality, but there was soap and black spots all over. Disappointing. Yes, its just a car wash, but you should provide what customers paid for.

My car was pretty dirty(not too vigilant about car washing) but now Im not embarrassed to be walking towards the dirty car anymore. 😄

This place has always been a great carwash! Though last time I was there one of the sensors were missing on the machine so it was a little scary thinking without the guide wire it would hit your vehicle!

Everything works! And it is handy to get in and out.

Owners are very unprofessional. Me and a friend of mine purchased the 10$ wash(highest grade) and his never even did half the things it was supposed to, so I put my money in and the wash never started. And didn’t get my money back. We both Called the owners and got no answer or returned phone call. Around a week later, On July 26 2018 I received a text message from the owner stating he would mail me my refund. No refund was ever received. I texted the number again, and no response. And it is now August 22nd 2018. I would not recommend this business to anyone in Berea due to the simple fact that the owners are not people of their word.
