DO NOT USE THEM. I’ve have always had great experience with Uhaul except here. The lady who lives on site and works up front is not helpful and flat out doesn’t care. Rented a large truck for one day and was told to drop off at Pawn USA if no spots were available. I was charged $275.00 TWICE for dropping off at another location and I was charged two days for the truck when I only rented it for one day. BEWARE

Customer service was very poor at this location. I visited another uhaul today and had a completely different, but wonderful experience. Id suggest the mgmt do some training in how to be friendly to friendly customers. Otherwise I would have rented from a different uhaul location. The amount that i was told Id need at pick was very different than my guarantee. Will not return
