I went in for a simple mineral oil change on a 26 year old truck but they put in synthetic oil without asking and charge 100 dollars about 40 higher than any other company.

They are the friendliest, most helpful oil change business I have ever used. Once, they came out and told me my oil looked good and to wait another 2000 miles. Wow! We were passing through Bentonville, and our service light came on and alerted us that we needed oil. We stopped in and explained our situation to Tony. We suggested an oil change, and he asked to let him check it out first. He didnt want to charge us for something that we didnt need. Several men then began to work on the car. He ended up adding oil and coolant and explained what was going on with our car. He refused payment and sent us on our way to enjoy the remainder of our trip. It is rare to find an honest and generous businessman these days. We found several at Mr. Lube. If I lived in Bentonville, I would definitely put Mr. Lube on my preferred business list.

Just got my oil changed here today and can definitely say. This company will be taking care of all of my future, vehicular needs, within its working capacity. This company, for 39.99, not only changed my oil, but free off charge added windshield fluid, power steering fluid and helped me avoid a lot of future issues no charge at all and did it with a smile on his face. 10 out of 5 stars indeed!

Big Dan is the man. I went in thinking I needed an oil change (I had gone 5,000) miles, he checked my oil said it still looked good and to come back in 1,500 more miles. I went there, a mom with 2 little kids who knows nothing about cars. He easily could have told me I needed an oil change to make a quick buck but instead was honest. That is hard to find these days.

How to create a lifetime customer:Big dan from Mr. Lube came out from the oil change and told me that even though I’m over the sticker by a couple thousand miles I still have another 1,800 miles to drive before I actually need an oil change. He told me he would top off all the fluids, reset the maintenance light, check the filters, and send me on my way - NO charge. As he walked back to the shop I was filled with gratitude for a good honest shop. So rare this kind of honesty and goodness these days.

They are fast, efficient and if you don’t need to have service done they will tell you instead of taking your money. I came in a bit early for an oil change, was 1/2 a quart low. They topped it off no charge. Honest and have high integrity.

Hands down the best experience Ive had at a car shop- period. Walked in to get an oil change, and the man at the desk completely informed about the kind of oil my car needs (I know very little about cars so it was nice for him to give me the details). After checking my oil, he came back inside and told me my oil was perfectly fine and didnt need to be changed! Since I was running on synthetic oil, I only needed to change it every 6,000 miles! For the last year Ive been changing it every 3,000 (when the car light went off), and no one has hesitated to take my money. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity the men here showed me, and I will be back in 3,000 miles for my next oil change!

Got me in fast. Attendant then came to me shortly and said place where I got last oil change had used “high mileage” oil. My oil was clean and should go another 3,000 Miles. They changed the sticker on my windshield to reflect this. Fast and honest outfit!! (I gave them a nice tip for their honesty and trouble)

So disappointed & I wanted to like them. Took in for oil change. Was told 2 air filters were in need, and was even shown the dirty ones. Didnt have the money that day- on Chemo, single parent, just moved to AR, etc, just couldnt afford it. Now want to change them & was told cant access it because the tabs are broken. Took back to Mr Lube & the very young kids working there said that theyre not broken, theyre just covered with wires & can be done but they dont have the filters to do them now. Meanwhile, theyre the only ones who have been servicing my car. Im just getting the run around because I feel like they dont want to fix it. Today I had to buy a brand new cabin filter door/base where the filter sits in, from the dealer. Now I have to figure out how to take out the one they broke. Mngr might be a great guy, but hiring young employees that dont feel like being there may be a bad idea.

Big Dan and his team are the real deal!! Today I needed to have my tail light replaced but my trunk wouldn’t open so that they could install the light. They fixed both problems in under 5 minutes! If you want to go somewhere with a great deal and where they really care, go here! 😁

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were almost too fast. I didnt get to play with the dog for very long at all. He or she is the best employee and made me feel very welcome by bringing me a toy and sitting with me.

If I could put 100 stars I would, Big Dan is the most honest genuine mechanic I have ever encountered. He helped me more than other places whos job is to look into these different issues with my vehicle and they are just a lube shop. He is a godsend and I cant recommed this business enough!

Im honestly very torn about this review. As I arrived I was met by two employees. One whom took my info and one that lead to through the shop. I am then lead to the register to get everything started. Im told a full synthetic oil change is $66ish dollars which Im fine with. I was then informed that they would have to run and get a filter as they didnt have the one for my vehicle. Once the oil change was done the total was $84 because I was charged $10 for the specialty filter. I understand that someone had to go and get this filter as it was not in stock, what I dont understand is why I was not informed this would be an extra charge.I drive a Chevy Spark and it only uses 4 of the 5 quarts of oil provided at no cost. On top of that I was not informed that I would be charged additionally for the filter. Im very torn but unfortunately I wont be back.

Whats $5 worth? An hour or more of your life back. They are so fast and seem to be very honest.

Ok, I pulled into this place because it didn’t seem busy and these guys are super sweet and even let me stay in the car with my kids, since one was asleep!!!! Love it!! Go see them!!! You will not be disappointed at all!!!!!

The staff was not friendly at all. When I walked in I wasnt greeted with a good morning or how are you, instead it was let me guess, you want an oil change? Then when I asked how much it would cost the gentleman ignored me and went and got the information from my vehicle. After that, the gentleman then came in and told me what the prices were of the oil change. He told me that I ran 5w20 full synthetic oil and that their guns were broken so I would have to pay for individual quarts and the oil changes started at $66.99 plus the cost of the quarts. So they were going to charge me $100 for an oil change. I then told the guy that I didnt want services and that I would just to the dealership and get a full service including tire rotation for $39.95. Sorry for interrupting your video game guys. I definitely did not appreciate feeling like an inconvenience. I will not ever be going back nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know.

Great place i tried it on a whim, needed an oil change and didnt really have a set place. This will be my place from now on, they had me in and out and had a good chat with the guy that was at the front desk, gave me a discount because he said he did that for people he liked (might do that for everyone but hey i didnt mind) and i had quality work done. I would recommend this place to anyone needing an oil change.

I drive an old (ok ancient) beat up high mileage cargo van (named her Ruby). Despite her somewhat less than impressive exterior, shes my favorite vehicle--not to mention my only vehicle--and I rely on Ruby for the daily commute to work and back.The gentlemen at Mr Lube on 2nd St treated us (me and Ruby) like we mattered. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Heres what I had done: oil changed, new oil filter, synthetic high mileage oil, new air filter (he showed me the old one), transmission, brake and power steering fluids all checked and/or topped off, wiper blades, tire pressure, hoses and belts all checked, chassis lubed, and windows washed. Total came to $82.78. And Ruby is a happy girl!Ill be back regularly.

Best oil change, been coming here for years, Im in and out in 15 minutes. So, why were you going to Walmart where it takes 2-3 hours?

Stripped the oil plug and over tightened it so much when we took it to the mechanic to have this repaired they found metal fragments in the oil. We asked them to refund the $80 it cost to have plug repaired but never heard back.
