These guys did an amazing job and really looked over my vehicle top to bottom. They were honest and gave me all my options. They recommended things to be done in the future and took care of whatever needed done right now. The interior of the business was clean and I was able to work inside comfortably while I waited, for not very long, because they were quick. Highly recommend.

I got an oil change here and loved the whole experience. The employees were nice and didnt push any additional treatments or functions. The whole process only took thirty minutes and they even took the time to clean my windshield windows. I would definitely recommend coming here!

This is the first quick lube style shop I have been into in several years, and things have changed for the better! The waiting area was very nice, a lot like a hotel lobby. The staff were friendly and got my service done quickly.

Used to go to Jiffy Lube back in California, was really excited they open a location near my home. They still have quick service and great customer service. The place is clean. I definitely recommend this place. The guys that changed my oil were very kind and checked my entire car over for me which was amazing because thats how I found out my battery was extremely bad like I thought. They recommended a place to me who also tested it and showed me the same thing. I was able to get a battery and get back safely on the road.

I had a tire leak and luckily stumbled upon this place while I was parked nearby. The staff were excellent to accommodate me in the last minute and were quick to diagnose the source of the leak (a nail all the way through). Riley and Brentt took care of the issue and had it fixed in no time. Not only were they timely, they were extremely friendly! Riley even gave some excellent maintenance tips. Highly recommend this place!

I went into the store, everyone was super friendly and kind! It was also a super clean store which in my opinion is great. I’m not a mechanic so Rosie helped me out and walked me through what was going on and how they were going to fix it! The guys working on my car were all super nice! Super quick, super easy!

I came for an oil change/tire rotation and they were very welcoming. The staff finished the job in a timely manner and I enjoyed the atmosphere. They have complimentary water and coffee for their customers also. The front desk lady took her time telling me the status/wear and tear on every component of my vehicle. I really appreciate knowing this information because most places don’t tell you unless you ask.

They were unable to change a headlight bulb after confirming over the phone it would be possible. I came in and they said they would have to take off the whole bumper or something. Said I would need to take my whole car in somewhere else! For a light bulb! I ended up changing it myself in the parking lot in about 15 min later that day! So upset that I almost listened to them. I have no idea why they would try to claim that not only could a teamof 5 of them not do it, but they assured me I could not do it myself. Not really sure what that was all about. Can’t justify ever going back.

Best oil change experience ever! Wasn’t really sure what to do so I parked and an employee came right up to me, asked what I needed done, and got me right in! I chose to sit inside and I have never seen such a clean and fancy location!! Employees are very sweet here. Will definitely be coming back!

Riley was courteous and very helpful. Im from out of state and my air pressure sensor went out (no big deal to most but as a newcomer something Im not used to in the cold). He filled it up immediately and was very friendly. Will be using them in the future while Im here.

I was glad to finally get a Jiffy Lube to the area. I used them in Florida. The Bentonville branch is especially professional and courteous. They changed my oil and replaced some lights that were out. I was impressed and brought other car in to replace an indicator light and they replaced it for free! Top notch

I stopped by to get an oil change for my 96 Ford Explorer, and was impressed by the level of service and attention to detail of the Jiffy Lube team at this location. I have lived in several states and often take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube - this one was the nicest Ive been to by far. Not only did they do a great job with my vehicle, but the lobby was great - clean, lots of charging ports, and complimentary water and coffee! Highly recommend!!

I have used jiffy lube years ago back in florida. Great service, great attitude. They made sure everything was completely correct on there work. Friendly service. Clean facilities and quick, friendly service. If no cars in the bay, then it will be only 15 minutes max to get an oil change. The only downside is the pricing. A little expensive for an oil change, but I didn’t have to wait 3 hours to get it done at Walmart.
