We had Busted Knuckles for a deep clean, even though they weren’t up to standards the first time they were super responsive and sent a someone to clean the areas that were missed!! We were blessed enough to get Cat for the reclean and it couldn’t have gone any better!!! She cleaned the doors and base boards that were missed like magic!! They are definitely looking like when we moved in! Would recommend Cat anytime!! And I’m hoping for our next clean we get the “Cat” clean again!!

I was so impressed with the cleaning job. We had Linda Keller come in after there was a pipe leak in our apartment, and had dust and debris from the maintenance, and all the workers moving around. She left the place spotless and smelled amazing. She really only needed to clean the room with the pipe leak but ended up doing our living room and kitchen floors as well. I highly recommend, she goes above and beyond, and very grateful we had her!

Brie has done a great job with our cleanings! I love the way my home looks and smells when she is finished. She even was kind enough to give my pups some treats. I definitely recommend her!

Bre and Bre did a great job. My living room base board are super clean and my bathrooms sparkling.

I have worked with Busted Knuckles for a long time, and in two houses! Having a clean house is so good for my mental health and BK means I dont ever have to worry about it. I have had many techs and they are all great, but when Angela started doing my clean, I texted Kerri and asked if I could get her every time :) so Ive been with Angela for a while and she has great consistency and attention to little details that really stand out to me. I was so happy to keep her, and Busted Knuckles, when I moved! Highly recommended.They will do anything you need, I recently moved and Angela helped clean my old home and has deep cleaned my new home as I move in!

Busted Knuckles Cleaning has been cleaning our home since April, 2020. I have had nothing but stellar service from every one of the ladies that has come to clean our house! They are thoughtful, always willing to wear a mask and they bring all of their own supplies! Our cleaning schedule is that they come everytwo weeks, for three hours, so they are flexible in that they let me change what the priorities are each visit for the cleaning to be done on that visit! I would highly recommend Kerri Christensen and her staff of caring employees!

Angela is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.She’s always so polite and sweet. She never gets flustered or frustrated with my kids running amuck if they have to be home. Especially with my 2 yr old standing there telling her “Hi!” Over and over againShe always leaves the cutest treats for the kids too.As for the cleaning... I look forward so much to the days she’s going to be coming over. With working from home and having two young kids, it’s not the easiest to find time or motivation to keep the house clean.It always looks amazing and smells clean after she leaves ❤️

We expected your standard cleaning service to arrive and were a bit surprised when the wonder twins showed up. They immediately took the form of cleaning supplies and went to town. By the time they finished our house was so clean we discovered we had a dog. We decided to name her knuckles in honor of the two ladies who surely saved her life.Did anyone else know that with the proper cleaning company even your babies diapers will smell like a fresh summer breeze. The downside is I cant get my wife to leave the nursery, she just keep inhaling deeply.We will certainly have them back and are considering naming our next kid after Jessica as Im certain she changed our lives.

An incredibly professional company who do an amazing job for great value. I have a twice monthly service on my apartment and this is the best gift I could ever have given myself. They do a fabulous job which saves me so much time in cleaning. They also love my puppy and give her the treats I leave out so love them for that too!

At one point we walked by to see Jessica scraping buildup off our kitchen counters with a razor blade.Not only did she have incredible attention to detail, but she was the most polite and professional worker we have ever welcomed into our home. Jessica took the time to work around our sick babies needs, ensuring he was able to nap and feed as needed without disturbing him. She also left our bathroom’s so clean, we could have had eaten off the floor.We will never us another cleaning service again. Busted knuckles has a customer for life.

The team at BK does a terrific job - it seriously sparkles! I am the caregiver for my husband who has end stage dementia and I was gifted 3 hours cleaning but the house was bigger and needed more work than they thought. They came back and did another 3.5 hours at no charge just to make sure we were taken care of. So kind and generous - plus amazing work!

We used Busted Knuckles for a move out cleaning before our house went on the market. It’s not a new house and needs new paint but the agent was very impressed with the job that the cleaners did and said it detracts from the condition of the walls because it’s so noticeably clean. There was a setback with one cleaner having a family emergency and having to leave early but the Busted Knuckles staff shifted schedules (even though I’m sure it was costly for them) to get someone out to the finish the job the next day. I would highly recommend them and think that the job they did will even help sell our house.

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Busted Knuckles Cleaning! I had never hired a cleaning company before and was hesitant but they were awesome from beginning to end. They were the only company I inquired with who did a completely online estimate, who didnt require me to provide supplies or prepare for their arrival in some way. My house was in bad shape but Jessie came in without any judgement whatsoever, was on time, worked all day long and was so positive, and the house was so fresh smelling and sparkly that even my teenagers noticed!
