We were needing our home deep cleaned as we were out of town since May receiving treatment for my son. I booked after talking with the manager, Patricia, about how their team spends so much time throughly cleaning. I was very excited. They called to cancel minutes before they were supposed to be there the first time. So we rescheduled. After the cleaning crew was there less than two hours they left, and upon seeing my home in was unacceptable. You could tell they had wiped surfaces, but not well, there were streaks of dust everywhere, the bathrooms also still had visible dust and soap, the blinds and windowsills were not touched, the baseboards still had dust, they didn’t spot clean the doors like was mentioned, light fixtures has prints and cobwebs, refrigerator also has prints, along with other things. It was incredibly disappointing. After messaging Patricia and not hearing anything back my husband called and she claimed to have not received my message. We then emailed pictures of the problem areas. They sent out another crew a couple days later and they were there less than 20 minutes to fix the clean. We were out of town while my son was receiving his first round of chemotherapy while they cleaned. When we got back home only half of what we sent them was done. We paid $361 for a mediocre clean and gave them a chance to fix what they didn’t do, and feel very taken advantage of and disappointed. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I love my service with Two Maids & A Mop. I usually have my regular wonderful pair of ladies and I love them! But the last two you sent were just as super friendly and thorough. They took the time to play with our pets, which we appreciated. They walked us through when they were done, and made sure we were completely happy before they left. Highly recommended.

I felt relieved after discussing my first experience with Kevin. Kevin personally came out and promised me that he would make things right. The second clean was fantastic. It is important that the owner of a business stands good with their word. I highly recommend Two Maids to everyone, and I have used many cleaners in the past. They are responsive, professional and showed a lot of credibility.

My kids were moving into a new house this weekend and didn’t have extra time to clean. So I hired this company to do a “move in / move out” cleaning on the Thursday before. I was told by the owner it would be a top to bottom cleaning. I paid almost $700. When we went in after the cleaning, we honestly thought they might have gone to the wrong house. There was dust on the bathroom sinks, cobwebs and dirt on light fixtures, actual dirt on the hardwoods in several places, very dirty glass shower door, and other problems. The owner was called and shown videos of these things. He said cleaning was “subjective” and offered to have them come out 4 days later, after my son and his family moved in. Obviously that’s not helpful at all. Also, clean is clean, especially when you pay this amount. He was rude and dismissive about the work. My guess is he’s used to these calls. Hiring them raised the stress of moving, rather than lessened it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING!

I sent an online request on Saturday and the responded that evening that they’d get back to me asap. I reached out yesterday to the number that texted me but no response. Now, it’s Wednesday afternoon and I still haven’t heard anything. Not the responsiveness I expected from this company with such high reviewsUpdate: Within an hour of posting my low review, the company contacted me and apologized for their communication oversight. I have scheduled them for a move-out clean later in the month and hope to bump this up to 5-stars at that time.

This was my first time using a cleaning service. I was a little nervous, but Patricia and her team were amazing. I let my apartment slip a little, while working from home since March. The floors were very clean. The bathroom and kitchen were like new, once they finished. The ladies cleaning were professional and we even talked a bit, but they remained focused on the deep cleaning I requested. My apartment if much better now and I am truly grateful for Two Maids & A Mop and will use them again in the future.

Your team did a fantastic job! My home has never been this clean! They were friendly and extremely professional. And I really appreciated the walk through at the end...there was only one thing that was missed and they were 100% happy to go back and get it done really quick. They were fairly priced, very friendly, arrived on time, and came with everything they needed to clean. I used them for a deep clean prior during the moving-out process of our large home. There were just a couple of spots that they missed, but overall for the price it was an excellent and efficient job. They also provided a very accurate cost estimate prior to the service, and were able to get me on their schedule promptly. They called me back whenever I needed questions answered, and they were professional and courteous when they were in my home. I would recommend them, and I do plan to use them again.

I would highly recommend Skye and Morgan from Two Maids in Bentonville, AR for a detailed cleaning. We were pleased with the service we received and plan on using them again. Not only did the maids do a FANTASTIC job cleaning, but I could tell they took pride in their work and were aiming to please. Every room they cleaned, the maids asked for me to do a walk thru to make sure I was completely satisfied before they left - they wanted to make sure I was happy with their service. Both of the gals were super friendly and went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service and an excellent cleaning! The Owner Kevin is awesome as well - he will go out of his way to make sure his clients are taken care of and will always respond to emails in a timely manner.

I gave this place 3 stars because Im disappointed in the cleaning but the customer service was good. Let me explain...I booked a one time deep cleaning well in advance and they showed up on time. I was not home but we have security cameras outside so we know when they arrived and when they left. They were here an hour and 40 minutes. Ive had a deep clean on another house by an independent cleaner and 3 people spent 4 hours deep cleaning that house. They cleaned things I would never think to clean. This first crew didnt do much more than swiffer, vacuum and dust around things. I called and told the owner I was not happy and he was very apologetic. He had someone out the next day to clean again. This time 2 ladies showed up and worked up a sweat and did a better job. It was passable but not what I would have expected for $180. I think its only fair to tell any potential customers that they dont use conventional cleaning methods. They spray chemicals and wipe them up. No mop is used, a swiffer type device is used. Tubs & sinks are sprayed a wiped down, not scrubbed with cleanser and rinsed. They did not come prepared to dust ceiling fans. This is not a deep clean. I will be spending my weekend DEEP CLEANING this house. Before the owner posts a response...YES you did send them back and YES we did tell them it was okay and taking into account the way this company does things they did the best they could. I just wish I had known that 2 Maids & A Mop used chemicals and rags to clean BEFORE I paid for the service.

The girls Cassy and Felicia were just as nice as can be and did above and beyond what I expected. They made sure my husband and I were happy before they packed up and left. They get my vote!!

I had them come twice to my home and each time the house was still not clean after they left. Things still coated in dust and nothing wiped down. I tried to cancel my services and they still charged me for a clean they didn’t do.Edit: they have asked me to take down this review in exchange for a refund. They “refunded” me for the cleaning service they never did. I checked my account and they charged me. I’m assuming because I left the review up.

The fridge wasnt wiped down yhe kitchen cabinets, the master bathroom cabinets werent wiped down none of the cobb webb were taken down in hard to reach areas the fans werent wiped down the front of stove wasnt wiped down the tvs werent wiped down i just had surgery and i cant do these things right now so im not terribly pleased with the service

They were able to complete the cleaning in a timely manner and were pleasant and courteous while doing it. Very poor quality cleaning. The owner was called in and shown places that werent cleaned and agreed that the original job was poor. He came back with a crew a second time and missed the areas that he was shown. We are preparing our home for sale, and will have to go over it all again. High price for poor service.
