We live in an area of Northwest Arkansas where it can be difficult to find home services, let alone those of superior quality. When bad weather struck, and our home was without heat, Jeff went above and beyond. He searched for the appropriate parts and fought the winter weather doing a great job and correcting errors from a previous installer that could have led to our home burning down. Jeff arrived shortly after my initial call. Even earlier than his estimated arrival time that he provided. I tend to ask questions about things that I am not well versed in. Jeff answered all my questions without hesitation, provided additional insight, and explained in an easy-to-understand manner. He troubleshot our AC problem and I could tell he was genuine with his diagnosis. He didnt try to upsell or obsfucate what the problem was. We had people coming over a famous AC Repair brand starting with P and they had told us that everything looks fine, but we noticed that the water was coming out of the emergency pipe rather than condensation pipe. We called One Call company and they came over and while I was waiting for them to tell me we need to renew the whole thing (as our neighbor with exact house plan and HVAC unit had to do last year). But he looked into it and realized unit was lowered down due to lack of support so he got into it and worked in the attic when it was freaking hot, but he went beyond the expectation to save us from spending a fortune on a new unit and make a better use of our current unit. After an hour he fixed everything and now we are good to go. I really want to appreciate your help guys.

Look, its never a good time to have your A/C break, right...You simply want to find PROMPT, professional, honest, and fair service. Jeff was the technician. Arrived within 30 minutes of our call. Friendly and fast. Explained everything he was doing as he went along. Listened carefully to what I had to say and asked great questions. Found the issue and charged a fair price to fix it. Probably my best experience ever with a technician/mechanic of any sort.

One Call has impeccable customer service. Kept my old unit going for an extra 2 years until it finally had to be replaced. He is very reasonable with his pricing and he was always available to fix our old unit when needed. I dont think I ever waited more than 48 hours. I hope with this new unit we dont have to worry about getting it fixed any time soon, but it is nice to know that if there ever is a problem they will be there to fix it.

Found Jeff and One Call Heating through Google, reviews looked good so I gave him a call. Before I called Jeff I contacted two big HVAC companies, as I had received postcards from both the day before my AC started malfunctioning. One provider could come by in 4 weeks, the other in 3 weeks. Ive had bad experiences using big advertisers in the past and Im glad they were both so busy because it led to me finding Jeff. He came to the house quickly and diagnosed the problem, a leaking coil on our AC unit. He offered several solutions in different price ranges and discouraged us from going with the most expensive, which was complete replacement. Because the unit is old the coil is small and replacing just the AC wasnt possible. It would mean a new furnace and rerouting the ductwork to accommodate the larger coil. Jeff could have pushed for that or only offered that as a solution but instead recommended just replacing the coil for far less money. Based on previous experience Im guessing the big companies would have recommended complete replacement. So, Jeff could have recommended a much bigger job but he fixed what we had for far less. Hes very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt and his prices are fair. I highly recommend Jeff for air conditioning repairs.

GREAT PEOPLE! Jeff came to my house on a Sunday, had the problem fixed in under an hour and a half, and his prices were VERY reasonable. We were VERY pleased, and we will only call them, if HVAC services are needed in the future.Well, this is part 2 (couldnt add a another comment).I had to call Jeff, again, but not because of anything he did or didnt do. The original reason he was called had to do with a lot of water running down in the indoor unit (about 9 days ago), So last night, the unit would not stay on for more than 30 seconds.I called Jeff at 9:30 last night, and he called me back first thing this morning, and he was here shortly thereafter.The water apparently took out the blower motor.Jeff replaced the motor, and again, his prices are so reasonable.Im sure there are many people who could have fixed both of the problems that weve had, but there is something so comforting about having someone like Jeff. I just KNOW that he is very knowledgeable, he is cost conscious, and he is very personable. He instills confidence in the customer, which is SO rare, these days.If someone with crazy good HVAC skills is who you need, youd be foolish not to call Jeff.

We had One Call replaced our entire HVAC System including all of the duct work. Jeff was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were looking for. The price was very reasonable compared to estimates we received from 3 other companies.

I left them an e-mail on their web site at 7 a.m. on a Monday. They called me at 8:30 to set up an appointment for 11 a.m. the same day. We have a 16 year old system that was not cooling and they re-charged the system. The refrigerant was a little more expensive for the older stuff our unit uses but not as expensive as some the neighbors have paid with other companies. Also, the gentleman that serviced our unit did not try to up-sale us a newer unit, which was much appreciated.

Jeff was my Technician. Was told he knows Geothermal. Dont believe he does!!! Air was blowing very little. He said it would take awhile. NO, Never worked. Call told him to come back. He left a water Leak. Said he didnt leave a leak!!!! YES he did. Didnt have it before. Started saying, Well, Its something else now since its not blowing!!! Said he would return. HAVENT heard from him Since!!! Will NEVER use again Or Refer!!!!
