The lady clearly didnt want to do my nails at all. Said I needed a new set (which I just got 2 weeks ago) in order to go from a square to an almond shape nail!!! Also that my nails were too thick for them to do, when they are the ones who did them 😡🤬I sure wont be back here, clearly this lady has issues. Went next door and got exactly what I requested for half the price, with way better quality of work. I wouldnt spend a dime in this place or recommend them to anyone.

Better Nails & Spa in Benton does a wonderful job with your manicure or pedicure needs. I highly recommend them. Lee can work miracles with my nails which are normally very thin and weak. Check them out. They are following all of the safety guidelines in the age of covid so no need to worry.

I started getting my pedicures here about 3 to 4 years ago. All staff are courteous and friendly, I know each of them by name. Always do an excellent job, and I am always pleased with my pretty toe nails.

This is my third visit and its the only one I use now! Great atmosphere, very friendly and prices are good! Love it!

I just got my nails done for Mother’s Day, the next day my nail popped off, went to get it fixed, THE DAY I got that one fixed ANOTHER NAIL popped off ... I use acrylic and I have NEVER had this problem!! To be fair, I get them a decent longish but not once have I ever had them just POP off. Will not be back! Definitely don’t recommend either!

I will not go back. The woman in charge was super unfriendly and I only wanted toe nails painted. Not all toes polished fully and when filing toe nail, filed just as much of my toe. They left me under the light to dry and never checked on me. I had to ask if I should pay as they were chatting among themselves and looking out the window. The last time I went they cut my toe, but I thought I would give them another chance. Big mistake.

The wort service ever. I will never go here again. I went because I live 10 minutes away. The gentleman at the counter was amazing.The man who did my nails was very short, rushed, hurt my finger with the drill several times and on top of that I have nails in all different shapes and sizes like one big happy family.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The pedicure chairs were old & not comfortable at all. Nail tech was very nice, but did a half decent job. She butchered the length of my poor big toe nail. I will not be returning.

I’ve gone to Better Nails Spa for years. As time has gone by and customers have increased, they have become sloppy in their service, especially to customers who have made appointments. I have come to many appointments to realize that they did not notify the nail tech about my appointment, have not called to let me know that the nail tech I requested had to leave, and have also let someone who did not have an appointment use the nail tech I requested in my appointment. The place as a whole is very overcrowded and unorganized. The last time I came for an appointment I had to wait almost an hour before I could get a pedicure and the person who did my manicure got dip powder dust in my hair, shoes, and purse. After I came to realize the person I requested to do my nails was working on someone else, the manager made no apology and I still paid full price for my manicure and pedicure. This salon is too sloppy and unprofessional to request the prices they do and it will be the last time I ever come there.Like

I have been to this nail salon many times, and almost every time my nails end up cracked, chipped, or pop off (I get the dipping powder) before 10 days. This has happened the last three times, and I spoke with a woman in the nail salon and she told me they’ll fix them after 10 days, but will charge me to do so & the dip will only last up to 14 days. I’ve gone to much better salons and my nails have lasted 3 weeks. I’m super disappointed in the service and management here, and won’t be returning...

Excellent service and very nice people!

I go here frequently and keep returning because the quality is great. The acrylic powder they use lasts longer than most I have tried, and they are quick and efficient at putting it on. They have several other options available, dipping powder, shellac, colored acrylic, and are flexible with nail design. They remember you and are friendly and polite. Prices are fair and reasonable.

Most horrible pedicure Ive ever gotten in my life!!! I will never go back, i still have dead skin on my feet, polish on my skin and no message and i got the expensive pedicure. The man rubbed my shin bone, i think Im bruised, he didnt rub my feet at all. The water was cold, they didnt use hot stones, towel was even cold, lotion stunk. Ive never been so disappointed in my life! I cant express it enough!! Oh and no one speaks English so you cant tell them what you like i tried but they didnt understand!

Horrible Customer Service. I wasnt given time to choose my color. The nail tech helped me pick a color but failed to tell me that it was a temperature changing color. She didnt tell me until she was done. I could not wait another two hours to get them fixed since I was leaving out of town that night. They told me that they had to charge me and I had 2 weeks to come back. I came back after my trip and they denied to fix it, saying I would have to pay again, blaming me and taking no responsibility on their end. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me they were out of town and there was no one I could talk to.

My wife gets her nails done here and always is happy with them. Happy wife = happy life🙂

My wife got a manicure and pedicure done here recently and their business quality deserves this poor review. Immediately upon entering, they yelled loudly in a snarky voice from across the room to sit down and wait. While performing the pedicure, the employee seemed rushed and cut corners to perform the pedicure. During the manicure, it was quickly apparent to my wife and I that the employee was not interested in doing a good job and only getting through the service quickly. When a mistake was made, and the employee confronted, the employee responded rudely under her breath, and did a poor job correcting the mistakes. We gave them multiple opportunities for improvement, and were disappointed with each attempt. We will not be returning and we suggest avoiding this place.

Le is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. I’m very picky about my shape and he gets it right every time. Love the dip powder and how light it is.

Went to get my toes and nails done for the first time in 4 years after having my kids. Was very pleased with the guy who did them. But who I think is the owner who did my nails did a half assed job. Did not push back my cutaculs nor did she put and oil on them. She didnt file my nails down and put the tips on all crazy. When she panted them she didnt paint the tip so my nails where chipped by the next day and now not even a week after getting them done 1 nail is already lifting. WILL NOT RETURN NOR WILL I SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

The ladies here were absolutely outstanding really making me feel comfortable and relax inside there salon not only they really made my nails look Flawless. Not only they wax my eyebrows perfectly!

I dont come to the nail shop often, so I was looking forward to the toe cleaning where they remove the dead skin of the cuticles. I wish he would have done more for that because it felt half assed to what I have experience in the past. I got a pedicure. Overall it was an ok experience. I would get my eyebrows done there again too

I walked in asked if they could do my feet they said yes not even 5 minutes later asked if I could get my nails done she said no they didnt have time about 15 minutes later another lady walked in yes a walk in asked for the same thing I just asked for the women she spoke with which was the same one I had spoke with not more than 20 minutes before told her yes pick your color and have a seat Ive been here a few times before but this will be my last
