Went in to get an acrylic fill Matte finish was my choice apparently Matte Top coat almost lightens the Color of nail polish paid $40 for fill and gel nail polish plus tip, they where really fast but not very detail oriented.

I went in for a pedicure on saturday night. Everything was going well until the lady picked at my skin way to much and cut me deep. It took me an hour and a half to get a basic pedicure because my toe would not stop bleeding. The manger was called and came in to try to do something. She literally had to put super glue on my toe so I could get my toe painted. I still had to pay the full amount ($30). The overall quality of the pedicure is horrible. How do my feet look worse after then before??

I walked in this weekend here at Star Nails & Spa. The staff was very professional and got me in right away. They did a great job with my nails and they look beautiful. Their little extra special touches were so nice. They have lots of color selection to choose. Will definitely recommend this place.

I read all the great reviews (we just moved here) so I called & made appt & went in for a Gel pedicure. When I told him I just needed the “basic” he gave me what I assume is “his” basic! Did not remove the dry areas on my toes or check for ingrown nails, barely scrubbed the bottoms of my feet, polish was sloppy all around my toes, (he also used his bare nail to remove it on a couple of toes yuk) he put lotion on my legs then wiped it off with the warm towel they normally put on your legs & feet before polish!! Then dried my legs with the scratchiest towel EVER!! Also he acted like he would have rather been ANYWHERE but there doing a pedicure!!I get pedicures every 2 weeks. I had gone to a place in Hot Springs for months, they were incredible, basic or not my feet looked great & always gave an incredible foot massage!!To the owner, you might want to keep a closer watch on your clients, make sure they are getting what they are paying for…$50 & I did leave a small tip of $5

I booked an appointment with Roes and she did a beautiful job on my nails. She is the first nail technician that listened to the length I wanted (I like very short). She was very professional and took her time to make my nails look their best. She even painted my daughters nails. I look forward to coming back soon.

Just walked in, I like that I can understand them. And all I wanted was a nice clean on my hands and feet with a good massage. They did a wonderful Job on my womans hands and feet as far as nails go. 😇

I am always pleased with my nails when I leave. Staff are nice & clean. They ask for customers to wash hands upon entering & take precautions for COVID. They offer a cool beverage while pampering you. They talk to you as they do your nails. I usually use Allen, but I was informed he went back to his home country. Rose insisted she would take care of me from now on. Definitely the place to go!💗

Took 3 clients before servicing me and I was there way before other clients. They were walk ins and did not have appts. There was no Covid sign in sheet and they did not take my temp . Rude. Did not speak not nor introduce self. Got up from servicing one clients feet and came to my chair and started my pedicure water without washing hands or wearing gloves. I had to ask for that to be done. Also over charged Me. I will never visit this place again!

What a wonderful place! I popped in to get a pedicure and they were able to get me right in. My technician was sweet and attentive, with cucumber water at the ready. They use new/sanitized tools for each person which is an absolute must anywhere you get your nails done. My nails look great! I will definitely come back here.

I absolutely loved my first visit. The decor was crisp and tranquil. I felt in complete zen. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Rose who has been my nail stylist for years moved to this salon. She is one of a kind! So tentative and very meticulous. If you do decide to spa here I would recommend her every time.

Went to Arkansas to visit my family and needed a refill so I went to Star nails and was incredibly impressed by the atmosphere itself. Then I was impressed again by my nail tech. Not just because he did my nails so incredibly amazingly awesome (and I rarely say this about nail techs because I’m so picky about my nails) but I loved his level of customer service. He was so nice to me AND my 6 year old son who I drug in with me. Next time I’m in Arkansas I’ll be going back

Rose did an incredible job on my nails. She was very patient with helping me choose the right color, and is very enthusiastic about her work! they can do just about anything, provided you have a picture for them to reference. I had a beautiful ombré done on my nails and it turned out incredible! I was recommended to go here by a friend after previously going to fancy nails and spa. I will definitely be going here from now on!

Highly recommend BEN he was very gentle at removing my old manicure nails no pain at all. He has a very soft touch and cared about making sure my new set of nails was done just like I wanted....

I go here frequently and keep returning because the quality is great. The acrylic powder they use lasts longer than most I have tried, and they are quick and efficient at putting it on. They have several other options available, dipping powder, shellac, colored acrylic, and are flexible with nail design. They remember you and are friendly and polite. Prices are fair and reasonable.

I visited this salon for the first time on my lunch break today. Nee put on a new set of the Nexgen dipping powder nails in a BEAUTIFUL powder pink (#006) and I absolutely loved my experience. She was very detail oriented and took the time to make sure every nail was perfect (and I still made it back to the office in time!). They have definitely earned another customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My family & I are from MS & are in Arkansas this week for our son’s travel basketball tournament. I needed my nails done & decided to give star nails spa a try. My husband, our 13 yo son & I walked in about 12:00 expecting to have to wait. Within 3 minutes we were placed in pedicure chairs. My husband got a deluxe pedicure, my son got the sports pedicure, & I got a classic pedicure & dip change on my hands. ALL of the people were smiling & polite. They did a fantastic job on all 3 of us. I’m not one to ever leave reviews but decided to do so since I am an out-of-towner and was treated like a “local regular”. Do not hesitate to go here!! The facility is so cute & super clean!! I will definitely come back if I’m ever in Arkansas again!!

It was my first time trying them out. Devin did a great job on my nails and toes. I was shocked at the variety of colors they had to offer. Plus they are very friendly.

Honestly, the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The salon is super clean and holds lots of people, the workers are so kind and make you feel like a personal friend, and they do great work! I do suggest an appointment because they get so busy- but that’s a good sign, right? Also, they have a full bar. What more could you ask for?!

My boyfriend and I was visiting the city. I have to say this is the best nail salon I have ever been too. The stuff was really nice and they took their time to meet all our needs! This is the perfect place to relax and get everything you want!

They used to be great but, the last few times it has been different. I got my nails done on Sunday. A powder dip over my real nails and on Tuesday they were chipped and now my real nails are breaking as a result. I do all the same work and things I have always done and they have never chipped like this. I feel like I want my money back, but I wont be returning to this place. Sad because I really liked them in the beginning.
