This gym is the best!The faculty is top notch. They always make conversation and make sure you have everything you need. Everything is extremely clean. I honestly don’t know how they do it. The people that work out here are really down to earth and keep the equipment clean as well. I just like the whole atmosphere.

I have been a regular for over 3 years and would recommend to anyone whether your starting on your own fitness journey or have been doing it for a while!

This is a great gym! Affordable, clean, spacious. People are great! Trainer Phil is very knowledgeable and it is included! He really explained the programs he put together for us and took us through how to do everything correctly. He is great!! Love it here!!

The stand up tanning beds and the led light therapy booths are ALWAYS broken. I’ve been asking for weeks but they keep saying “we put a work order in”. I pay $30 a month to tan there but I never get to tan. They still charge me each month tho

The team members are very nice. They support you and encourage you. The club is always so clean. I take my 14 year old son with me and they make sure to encourage him and speak to him. This is hands down the best gym in Saline County! 💜

I love this gym! Staff is always friendly when you come and go and very helpful. I always see staff members cleaning while I’m there so I never worry about the cleanliness of the building. I also feel like PF is truly “judgement free”, I feel comfortable working out here. The only downside is the hours, I wish they were open just a little later on weekends!

Always clean. Way more equipment than the other guys for $10 a month and I don’t need a premium membership to use the showers. Love this gym.

Been coming here for 2 years now. I am paying full price for half a gym been under-construction for months the free weight section is only about 1/4 of the full area usable. Every since the pandemic the open later and close early so you have a limited time to access the gym when you the prices are the still the same . We pay for a 24 hour gym . We pay for a full gym. Its time to stop charging us full rate for a limited gym access/space. Really use to enjoy it but not so much now

This is one amzing facility! Ive stopped here on my way traveling to another state, and it is way better than my home gym!The lady upfront with short brown hair was very kind and showed me to the bathrooms and showed me a  specific piece of equipment.This place is so much cleaner and the girl was really getting at it, while I was there I saw her scrubbing down the treadmills, and other equipment Ive never seen a planet fitness employee clean like that before, she also was cleaning the bathroom and they already looked spotless! I can tell the employees take more pride in the job at this planet fitness and I will definitely be stopping here from now on while traveling.

I appreciate how easy it is to just get in and get to work. I really like the Judgement Free and the No Egos policies. Still not sure why they hate toaster waffles, but Ill go along with it. (

Nice a gym. Your basic Planet Fitness experience. Was clean, uncrowded. Equipment appeared to be in good shape and well maintained. Friendly, approachable staff.Very large parking lot. Youll never have trouble finding a spot. Theyre basically the only business in this entire strip mall.As with all PF locations, with what your get for the price you pay, its an excellent value.

Ill start by saying the staff is great and always friendly. That being said its PAST time to reopen 24/7. The most unreasonable part of this is on weekends the hours open later and close earlier. Ive read your replies to the other comments with the same issues so before you reply with the local phone number..... THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING. There is no flow of information from the owner to the employees and no place to contact the owner.Stop making excuses so you can cut costs and reopen like all the other gyms are.

The managment does not practice social distancing and does not require staff to wear masks in the middle of a pandemic. They obviously do not understand the gravity of the situation.

I work night shift and hence the name. I have spoken to several people within the employment of this franchise whom all have said they will go back to being 24 hr so people like myself can work out and live a healthier life style. I’m disappointed because I really liked going to this gym. I would get there at 11:30 or midnight, sometimes later, and it was quite no waiting on equipment or pressure to hurry. I’m disappointed because planet fitness’s whole pitch is being a 24hr gym. The owner of this one has decided, in my opinion ( OPINION) that the nightly user are irrelevant and not worth as much as those utilizing the gym in the given time frame, sorry I don’t fit into a peak demographic. I’m not alone in this train of thought and I know several night shift workers with similar hours that have also had to leave this gym because they are no longer relevant to a bottom line. I guess they actually do want me to give my money to someone else that sees the value of my dollar.

I enjoy the Hydromassage, massage chairs and the tanning! The friendly staff @ the Benton PF location and the cleanliness get an A+ from me.

I have been trying for 3 months to cancel my membership. I have made two trips to planet fitness in bryant and they are still taking out membership dues out of my account. I took in my cancellation sheet and they say no record in the computer. Have talk to alex twice. Very frustrated. No one seem to care Or apologize for this just we will take care of it. Can not talk to owner because that is not done. Heard others have similar experiences

It’s still a great atmosphere and they have shields between some of the equipment. $25 month for unlimited tanning, massage chairs and exercise equipment is had to beat!

I have nothing but great comments about Planet Fitness! They are truly the judgment free zone . I have never felt like I was being laughed at or demeaned at any time I have been there. I am older and, of course, there are beautiful young people there. That could be pretty intimidating when you are less than perfect! The staff is always kind and encouraging which gives me more confidence to go an extra half hour! Thank you Planet Fitness for helping everyone feel fit and beautiful!

Great gym, but its too bad they had to change hours due to COVID! If they only opened up at 0400 or 0430. I went this morning and there were already 20 people waiting to get in a 0500. The facility is clean and the staff are always super friendly!

Not busy and very friendly. Not as new and clean as some I have visited, but it was clean and machines all worked well.

Always super friendly staff and clean atmosphere. The only setback is the hours changing. 5am opening makes for a crunched and sometimes incomplete workout. Even if they could just add one hour and open at 4, thatd make a huge difference.

I am going on two years of coming to this gym. I have lost over 130 lbs with the dedicated help from Phillip Smith, the on staff trainer. He goes above and beyond to help members of the gym reach there goals and learn the proper way to use the equipment. From beginning of the year before Covid-19 to September the only notable changes I have noticed is new staff members which are all very nice and easy to talk to. There is always a new manager, for myself it is a big change. I would like the new manager to try to get to know his regular members, and take any complaints, Suggestions more seriously. If I am paying to come to a gym, I would except for management to do its best to make members feel comfortable in coming to them. Other then that PF in Benton is an awesome place to come and workout at and recommend it to anyone looking to join a gym.

I havent been to a gym in over 10 years. My wife convinced me that it was time to go and hit the gym with her. She hadnt been to one in a while either. we both decided to give Planet Fitness a chance. I was super impressed with the staff and the facility. It was extremely clean and the times that we went which was both day and night it was not crowded. I really enjoy using the treadmills and some of the stations but I really love the hydro massager.

Brand new location that always has equipment available even if the gym parking lot is full.Lots of treadmills, ellipticals, stair machines, more resistance machines than any local gym, stretching area, 30 minute zone, free weights, great locker rooms, tanning, message chairs, loads of lockers.Give it a try

The gym is always so clean, the employees greet everyone with a smile and most of them try to remember your name so they can make your “hello” a bit more personal, they’re always willing to help show how something works when needed. I’ve never really liked going to a gym in the past bc I didn’t feel comfortable working out in front of other people. Here, it really is a Judgment-Free Zone!

I love Planet Fitness, but Im ready to see it open 24 hours. That would reduce the number of people in at one time. Ready to get what I signed up for.

Extremely clean. Friendly an attentive staff that assisted me with all my questions. The trainers are welcoming and not judgmental at all. All and all a great place for a first time gym goer.

I started using this place for tanning for 25.00 a month no place can beat that. Then I was introduced to the red light therapy (total body enhancement) this is great therapy for several conditions. The staff is always so helpful and pleasant especially Tori I absolutely love this place.

Went to tan in the stand up beds. When the fan turn on hairs was flying all over the bottom in which is very nasty. Feel like they could clean better. Shocked no one has called the health department.

I work out early in the morning. The equipment is always clean and in good working order. Jacob has always made me feel welcome and like part of the P.F. family.

Its definitely not a gym.... If youre looking for a fitness center this is your place. But theres really not a gym for weight lifting anymore in Benton since this place closed them down, so I guess Im stuck with it.

I would say I think anyone who checks out Planet fitness would real like the experience. Go for it. Im 79 & dont know what I would do with out working out. Makes me feel good.

I’ve had a membership here for about two years now. The staff has always been very friendly until last night. A red headed girl made the comment towards me that “ she wasn’t afraid to lose her job over me” after the fact that she smarted off to me. Im a sixteen year old girl and i shouldn’t feel threatened in my own gym.

PF is the best gym. The cleanest and especially the staff bring it all together that make it the best!

Absolutely love coming here! When you pull up in the parking lot it looks totally packed but when you get inside it is SO HUGE that you have ample room to work out ! So much nicer than 10 fitness in Bryant !

Was really excited to join a brand new large gym. Prices were great too, but was not felt welcomed in the gym. Young guy behind counter had a attitude and could care less about new customers. Guess it is true you get what you pay for. Will find a other gym local.

Staff are nice and the atmosphere seems friendly. People of all body types work out here so there is no reason to be embarrassed. With fees and taxes included for the base plan it is about 180 a year. Which to me seems very reasonable.

Great workout. Very relaxing spa afterwards. Staff are very friendly every time with one exception, but that was resolved. Machines are cleaned daily. Spa is clean. Price is very competitive with other local gyms (not as hard on the budget). I enjoy my visits.

This is my favorite gym. No pressure. Very clean. The locker rooms are really nice. They offer tanning as well as massage beds.

I go with my mom whenever I visit as her guest. Very clean location and a lot of equipment to use. Ive been to the one closer to where I live, but prefer this one. Too bad this isnt closer to my home!

Been coming here for a while almost a whole year now I love it. The only thing I wish is that people would pay attention when theyre done using the equipment not everyone always wipes down the machine. But overall its been clean every time in the bathrooms and stuff..

Planet Fitness has everything I need. Machines, free weights, cardio equipment, you name it. Facility is clean and staff is very friendly. Massage beds and tanning are a bonus, and I love being able to bring a friend.

Awesome gym. Has everything you can imagine to get into shape. I would recommend getting the black card membership so you can enjoy all the extras that come with it.

I always feel comfortable there for a bigger woman. Its TRUE about it being a judgement free zone. The water jet massage chair is absolutely the best!

Not as clean as it once was, staff could use some coaching on customer service. Good amenities, showers, lockers available at no extra charge. Good options on workouts, classes and trainers available.

Nice atmosphere and good gym but lacking lots of equipment.I realize that Planet isnt for everybody and that you guys will not go out and get 130lb dumbbells and thats fine.However, there are a few neccessities that are absolutely necessary in order for a gym to be considered a gym.1. Barbell Bench Press2. Squat RackThe Smith Machine just doesnt cut it when it comes to these 2 pieces of equipment. Im trying to work my stabilizer muscles. These are the most basic pieces of equipment and yet so essential.I am not sure if you guys dont include them because as a franchisee they are not allowed, but if you are able to, please get these pieces of equipment in. It will make a world of difference for your gym.I notice that all of your machines are Cybex which is a little disappointing as I would love to see at least a high row Hammer Strength machine.If you guys included the above mentioned equipment in your gym this would definitely be a 5 star review.This is also the reason that I havent joined your gym until now. I joined because I moved and it is very close to my house.Dont get me wrong, I still enjoy the gym, but I have to make special trips to other gyms once or twice per week for certain workouts that I just cant do at PF.

Staff is friendly, machines are great, plenty of options, red light machine, hydro bed, and if you like tanning. The clack card is defently worth It! Plus you can bring a friend to keep you accountable.

Always a good workout when I am in town. My home PF is in NWA, having the Black Card makes it easy when I travel.

Good staff, pretty friendly. Not enough tanning beds but thats ok. Get there before 4pm if you want to tan. Typically dead on Friday through Sunday afternoons.
