This guy is a snake. I contacted him for a quote on insurance, he stated shelter wouldnt be able to do it but he was able to get quotes from other companies. At this time, after issues with current insurance, we had about 2 weeks till closing on new home. I said okay thatd be great, so I waited for the quotes he was going to provide only to find out days later that he completely wasted my time by not bothering to tell me he couldnt provide the quotes or move forward without me purchasing insurance through shelter, even though he said shelter wouldnt insure our home. So he gave me the run around, wasted what little time I had before closing to get quotes from other companies, and when I asked why he didnt mention this in the first place his response was he wasnt sure. He was the only shelter employee I spoke with, he should have immediately said he couldnt move forward with helping me unless I purchased insurance with shelter and I would have immediately parted ways but instead though hed be sneaky. We went with another company who was super helpful, and much cheaper than the quotes he provided.
