The agent in the Benton office, I cant remember his name or find the card, was so friendly and helpful. He explained everything until I was comfortable. He gave me every discount he could find that I qualified for. I will definitely recommend Direct and especially the Benton office.

Patti was very helpful and nice. she searched for discounts and found ways to make my insurance cheaper based on my employment. I would recommend to anyone and I was very satisfied when I left.

Customer service is horrible! It takes 7-10 days for any changes to be made and they wont prorate from date of request. Rates keep going up. Changed to Geico and never looked back!

They don’t even deserve one star! The adjuster I had for my claim was very rude and they never communicate. It’s been 2 weeks for them to tell me my car is totaled and dealing with them has just been a disaster. Ask to talk to a supervisor and that never happened. The adjuster Letty is very rude! Never will I reccomend this company to anyone

Hours on the door and online says they open at 10, here now at 10:10 the door is locked and I see no one inside.Edit: Now, at 1pm, while trying to make a payment, there is a sign on the door that says gone till 2:30pm. Seriously? How many employees do you have? Think its time to make a change...
