This StateFarm office has been the best I’ve ever experienced. All the people here that I have talked to have been very understanding and super helpful! They have helped me so much that even my other family members decided to swap to their office. I highly recommend based on personal experience. Not just for auto insurance but they also gave me the best “bang for my buck” on bundling my home and auto insurance.

I had only had coverage a few weeks as a new customer. I ran into high water and it fried my engine. D. J. Motley State Farm covered all cost outside of my $500 deductible. I requested information to lower my insurance rates without compromising my coverage. I was contacted the next day by an insurance agent named Nathan. He patiently waited as I drove home and pulled up my current policies for autos and homeowners. We went over each policy and he told me hed call me the following day after I got off work. When he called the next day, his friendliness and professionalism never faltered. Nathan was able to get me the exact same auto coverage, and better homeowners insurance for less than I was already paying at Allstate. I went to sign paperwork and finalize my insurance policies, including an additional life insurance policy, and ended up saving a total of $768 a year! Again, thats with the SAME auto insurance on two vehicles, better homeowners insurance, AND a life insurance policy!! The State Farm Agent, DJ, came in at the end of the time Nathan and I spent finalizing paperwork, and was just as friendly and professional as his staff throughout the office.
