Purely professional. I would use them again for towing along with getting a set of keys out of a locked vehicle. I was very impressed by how fast they were able to get to my location. Getting my truck unlocked without damaging the paint was quite the trick. The driver made it look very easy. He was courteous and provided me with a receipt in case I had a use for one. Definitely would recommend to friends and family

Phone was answered promptly. They had a nice young fellow Alex out in 15min on a Sunday night. He Hooked up the car and got us to our mechanic. Excellent service 5 stars all the way.

I wouldve given a negative number if possible. I will be completely fair though. I did have my vehicle impounded by the police and rightfully so. I was informed that the police were NOT going to put a hold on my vehicle and the police had quoted me a cost for getting the vehicle back. In all fairness to Jeffs Towing, the police arent supposed to be quoting prices. The cost was $230 and I was told $100 which wasnt the tow companies fault. Jeffs Towing seemed very capable of towing a vehicle but I never got to see my afterwards so Im unable to speak on whether or not there was damage done. The next day I was informed that there was a hold put on the vehicle so I couldnt get the vehicle until that particular officer released it. Both the police department and Jeffs Towing denied it and blamed the other. I spoke with 6 different people from Jeffs Towing and all but 2 people were rude, disrespectful, swore at me and not only acted as if it was ok to do but that it was there right to act that way. One gentleman had given me a fair deal on the cost but then told me where I could stick the vehicle and took the deal away. I was being calm,cool and more than respectful and polite. I asked him to stop yelling and swearing at me and then it was even more of the same and he hung the phone up hard. To this day I still dont have my vehicle and equipment that I need for my job Im unable to get, which if I get will end up costing me approximately $30k. I could go on, but it wouldnt do anyone any good.

Jeff’s Towing and Recovery was sent to me through my insurance after I broke down 3+ hours from home. Andrew arrived quickly after being called to help me out, was very reassuring, made sure I had a place to stay and food before he took my car to the dealership I needed it to go to. I was pretty upset as I had never had my car break down and was in an unfamiliar place but Andrew did a great job of making sure I was okay and was a huge help with everything!

Arrived in a very timely manner. The man who helped me was so kind and real. He made me feel comfortable and it was amazing to get that level of service in the snow storm that was happening. So grateful for amazing people and companies like this one.

We were stranded on a Sunday after 11pm FAR from home. Randy showed up quickly and was nice, polite and professional. He took us to a great mechanic to over night drop and we were able to get on the road the next day. Big relief.

Stranded on I-94 at night I was afraid because I was in an unfamiliar area but when the driver got there he was very professional and he made me feel very comfortable as well as safe. He called me before he arrived to verify my location and to give me an approximate time of his arrival. When he arrived he helped me get my stuff out the car and did an excellent job in securing my vehicle in an highl traffic unsafe area. He also waited for my ride to pick me up before he left and I really appreciated that. I would Definitely recommend Jeff’s towing!!

Jeffs Towing is completely reprehensible! They were called for a tow and when they got to the vehicle they refused to tow it to the shop, refused to send out the correct tow truck for the job, AND they performed a service that was never requested! The owner refused to make anything right.

Jeffs Towing is the type of business you rarely think of until you need them and when you do theyre there as quick as time allows they are courteous and its obvious they care for their customers.

Came out to tow my car, and the owner came out as well because the truck driver couldnt transport my girlfriend and 11mo old daughter. God forbid I need their services, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Arrived at our location very quickly and followed us home with no issues. Good pricing.
