These guys are great. Professional, courteous, and veteran owned. I’ve had one tech come out named Jeromy, who is also a veteran, always does a through job and gave me some pointers to reduce the likelihood of mosquitoes around my home. I’ve had multiple bone fires this summer with friends and not one bite this year. I highly recommended them.

We used them for a one time application this summer for a party. They sprayed and less than 5 min later a huge downpour that lasted for hours. We called to have them come back. They said that they would. They then said since we had a one time application and not a monthly they wouldn’t refund us or come back and make it right. It was their poor judgment to spray with heavy rain in the forecast and now we are out the money and had mosquitoes everywhere. I would find another company that has better customer service and treats all customers with the same courtesy. Very disappointed especially after we had used them years before and paid monthly and were originally pleased with them.

The best decision Ive made to switch Mosquito companies. I love the schedule of services in advance. I have had the best experience with the technicians. So professional, friendly and most important listened to my concerns. Highly recommend Mosquito Squad!!

Great service staff! Asked for some advice regarding other pests and requested an additional service while they were on site. Questions were answered and the extra service was performed with a quick phone call. Professional hiring and their treatments really work. Our acre of property is well protected and we see 1/5 or less of the mosquitoes and ticks that others in the area see. I definitely recommend this team!

Dealing with Mosquito Squad has been nothing but a hassle for me. Which is very disappointing because I was really hoping to love them and become a repeat customer after recently buying our house on the river we have tons of mosquitos. Unfortunately their first treatment didnt work so I called and requested a free retreatment as advertised. Aware that all the rain probably caused their treatment to be inadequate I was fine with that. Until it came time for my second treatment and I still hadnt gotten my retreatment I wasnt going to pay another $217 for another treatment bc my first treatment wasnt done properly. After 5 days of calling I finally got a call back and was assured I wouldnt be charged for my 2nd treatment because I chose to cancel the season with them and Id also be given a refund for my first treatment since they never came out to do my retreatment. Well what do you know, 2 days later they took another $217 out of my bank accountso Ive called 4 times in the last 2 days with 1 call back saying it was being taken care of and I would get an email receipt. I am yet to get my money back or an email. This has been such an annoyance having called multiple times a day for the last 8 days only to receive 2 call backs with any sort of person who can give me an answer but no one has followed through with anything theyve told me. Very terrible customer service and unreliable.

We have used Mosquito Squad for years at our primary residence (pond behind our house) and at our lake house. This franchise services our lake house and they do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I may get one mosquito bite versus 7, when l am outside. I am on an automatic schedule, but if l need to move it to a different day, they are very responsive. I like getting emails to notify me when they will be applying the treatment. Very environmentally friendly. Highly recommend!

This was our first time using a mosquito service. I am highly allergic to mosquito bites and break out something awful when bitten. Of course, I am also a mosquito magnet and will be jumping around swatting, angry and bitten when everyone else seems to be just fine (even with Deep Woods OFF!) I used to say that my favorite part about going outside was going back inside. I can honestly say, this past month has been unbelievable. I have been able to enjoy our fire pit, late into the evening with my family. I have been able to sit on my deck, work in my flowers, plant trees, visit (6 ft away in masks) with my neighbor on our porch, enjoy our hot tub (with my head above the water) and get out without a single bite - all month long!!! Your service is worth every bit of it!! Weve been able to enjoy our backyard these past 3 summers thanks to Mosquito Squad! The mosquitos used to chase us into the house as dusk approached. Customer service is responsive and easy to reach. My experience with Mosquito Squad hasnt been as great. After being sold on and paying hundreds of dollars for a certain number of applications in order for their product to work and be guaranteed (and being told they would come back anytime to re-spray if I wasnt satisfied), they will not come back out to re-apply. Instead they pushed me off by not returning my call and then after having to call again, telling me that they will come on the next scheduled cycle spray which I am now due for because they didnt return my original call from June 8th about my concern.My first application was documented by email from mosquito squad (pictured below) and read only their natural spray of rosemary and peppermint was used on my property. This is not the full service I paid for.There are mosquitoes everywhere and we found a tick on my father. I have been left feeling frustrated and disappointed with my experience with the company and customer service.Customer service finally called me back after I had to call twice and would prefer to debate my dissatisfaction with me insisting they are correct. I told one of the customer service people that what would make it right is if they could just come back out and re-apply their product and they wont do it despite the services being guaranteed. Im definitely not satisfied and am very disappointed.It is the principal of the matter at this point. Dont sell someone on a guaranteed service, if you arent going to follow through when a customer calls and isnt happy because the job wasnt done properly.There is zero willingness from customer service to correct the mistake, resolve the issue and make me, the customer, feel understood and happy.There are other companies that can spray for mosquitoes, so I will be researching other options for the future. Id prefer not to have to debate with a company regarding a service Im paying them for.

Mosquito Squad did a great job with advance information on what to expect when their crew came to spray. It was completely done without any need to answer the door, sign paperwork, or interact with the crew for anything which I really appreciated. This is the first time Ive used this company. I will write again when we see what the effectiveness of this service is over the next few weeks.

This is my first year using a company to help control our mosquito problem around our yard. Days before our treatment, we could not sit or play outside because we were bombarded with mosquitos. Our Association previously had another service provided. The folks at Mosquito Squad provided us a quote and we thought we would give them as try. The difference was dramatic! NO Mosquitos! Give them a call!

We love having Mosquito Squad. The treatments allow us to use our backyard and pool area everyday, mosquito & bug free!

Unfortunately, I had an unsatisfactory experience with mosquito squad. We had our yard treated on 7/17 and two days later, 7/19, we were sitting outside and the mosquitos were awful! When I called customer service, on 7/20, to ask for a re spray, I was told the warranty was only good if you bought four applications. That was not indicated at the time of purchase and, the website clearly states satisfaction guaranteed. It reads that you should call within 21 days of treatment for a no charge re spray, I called within four days and was denied. I can not recommend this company for mosquito control.

Mosquito Squad has been a life saver for us. We can be outside any time in the evening, mosquito free. The techs are professional and caring. Alex M. was our recent tech and since we were home, he asked if there was any special places we needed sprayed. To us, this showed his caring attitude.

I was not convinced this would be worth the money, but we tried it since we were having an outdoor party. It was the best decision as we are now able to enjoy our deck and backyard (that is completely surrounded by woods) in the evening. Definitely worth it as it really does work!

We have used Mosquito Squad for the second year now and are so happy to be able to use our yard again! I used to wait anxiously for summer to come after many cold winter months so that I could get outside and garden, eat al fresco and play in our wooded yard with our children and grandchildren. With the mosquitoes being so prolific this summer, I thought I wouldn’t be able to get service for a couple of weeks. They scheduled my service within a couple of days. When the first treatment lasted only a couple of weeks, they came back and resprayed the day after I called at no additional cost. The only drawback is the service is expensive. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars for the great service, prompt replies to calls and emails, and friendly staff.

Reasons for the five stars:Reduced number of ticks, mosquitoes and ants we had been experiencing in previous years with an all-natural chemical-free treatment. Pleasant, clean, fellows who did the work, application smells nice, an email announcing their arrival and they always showed up on time, knowledgable and nice customer service, easy to speak with a person. Note: it did not get rid of ALL mosquitoes and ticks - the frequency of rain this year, more racoons and deer through the backyard didnt help, but I enjoyed more time outdoors without bug spray than in the past.

I have and will continue to recommend Mosquito Squad. Their customer service is top notch as are the products they use. Without them, my backyard would be unusable without dousing yourself in bug spray.

We decided to start treating our backyard for mosquitoes this year. Weve had three treatments with the Mosquito Squad and were enjoying evenings on our deck and around our pool WITHOUT using any OFF! We have an occasional mosquito, but considering we have a lot of low area with standing water in it around the area, Im quite impressed!!! I would recommend the Mosquito Squad to anyone who wants to enjoy summer evenings outdoors!!!

We’ve been using Mosquito Squad for 2 summers now. Everyone is friendly and service is always prompt and efficient. We have had great results, even living on the edge of a wooded area. We’ve used the traditional and all natural barriers and they’re both effective. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it just is so much money. We paid a lot less with another company a few years ago but switched to Mosquito Squad for the customer service. I cringe every time I see our receipts, but can’t go back to having a ton of ticks and mosquitos around our house.

I have used Mosquito Squad for the past two summers with amazing results. My property is surrounded by a wooded ravine with a creek. In addition, I created a large pond in my front yard with wildflower meadows surrounding it. A haven for many creatures (good and bad). Mosquito Squads treatments keep mosquitoes away from my yard, but they do not effect the butterflies, bees, and other good insects that I want in my wildflower meadows. They are very careful when they spray, so no concerns about my fish either. I also have two dogs, and the treatments are safe for pets once they dry. I have only great things to say about this company!

I hired Mosquito squad after having another company do my Mosquito control for years, this past year they were bought out by another company and I couldn’t get them to come out and after multiple phone calls pleading for service and still no service, so mid June I hired M.S. and they came out in 3 days and got the job done, not to mention they did a WAY better job eliminating the problem and I haven’t seen a mosquito or tick in a month now, I highly recommend their service, it’s slightly more then what I was paying, but hey found out you get what you pay for in mosquito elimination. Very happy customers.

Mosquito Squad saved us last summer! We have two rental properties in Union Pier and like to use the houses ourselves as well. One house backs up onto a ravine and the other to 3 acres of woods. I cant go outside without being eaten alive in the summer making it hard to play with my kids, swim in our pool, or stand around a fire and make smores. Mosquito Squad was recommended to us by family and we couldnt be happier. Plus, it helped with rentals last summer! We have had renters ask about bugs when choosing between properties and we are confident in being able to say that there will be next to no bugs and you dont need to worry! We already signed up for Mosquito Squad again this season. They send an email before each visit reminding us and we were able to alert renters that they would be coming by. The spray is not harmful to pets or kids and dries quickly. No one minded having to steer clear of the yard for an hour to be mosquito free the rest of their vacation!

We have not found one tick on our dog since using Mosquito Squads services. We had been pulling ticks off Fred every weekend we were in Michigan, and despite using preventative medicine, we had found a couple of ticks embedded (urgh!) Now we can be confident that Fred will be tick free. Priceless!

No mosquitos! For the first time in over a decade I am able to fully use my deck and yard without being coated in Deep Woods OFF!. There hasnt been a mosquito sighting since the second application, which is amazing because my yard backs up to a swamp.

We live in an area that is very mosquito prone. We tried everything (sprays, candles, Dyna-traps, etc) and just couldn’t get the mosquitoes under control enough to enjoy sitting outside on our porch or patio in the evening. I drive by the Mosquito Squad office quite frequently and honestly thought “yeah, right” like they can really control mosquitoes. Out of shear frustration and last resort I finally decided to give them a call. BEST PHONE CALL I EVER MADE!!! We have been using them for two years and we love being able to enjoy being outdoors! So keeping my expectations low, we waited to see what happened.Generally when my wife gets bitten, the spot blows up the size of a quarter.after two weeks, she had not been bitten and we were hooked.Now we start each spring by making sure we have Mosquito Squad on board to spray our 5 acres. Its not exactly cheap, but boy is it worth it.Like my original post said: It Just WORKS!

They are very responsive, and the service makes our backyard virtually mosquito free. The one time I felt like the treatment didnt work very well, they immediately sent someone out for a re-treatment and resolved my concerns.

This treatment works. This is the second year weve treated and Ive been happy with the results both times. (Rain right after a treatment seems to reduce effectiveness but Mosquito Squad recognizes this and reschedules treatment dates. Tough year for rain.) Our yard is about 1 acre with a lot of bushes. We have grandkids with us this summer playing outside so I wanted to protect them.Also, Mosquito Squad is excellent with communications. Whenever Ive had a question theyve responded within 24 hours.We opted for four treatments this summer and I would say that this is a very cost effective program if you have mosquitos or ticks.

We had two toddlers and a pregnant woman inside, and they fumigated the yard even though all of the house windows and doors were clearly open (the windows open out, very obvious). The room with the pregnant woman just filled with the fumes, and she was sleeping. Had I not rushed to get her out of there she would have been poisoned.Yeah, they told someone they were going to fumigate, but the person they told was elderly and he forgot to tell the rest of the household before he left. He was clearly on his way out.This is unacceptable. Either they dont train their staff, or they hire people who are not qualified to handle dangerous chemicals.

Moved to a new house in winter, summer came and holy mosquitos! ! We had no idea we were close enough to the river to attract so many! Got online and asked for a quote, received a reply within the hour and was set up for my first service two days later. Havent even seen a mosquito or tick in two months. Im telling everybody i know about them!!

We started our service at the beginning of the summer, and although i was sceptical I am completely surprised! Even on hot and muggy days we can sit outside with out being pestered by mosquitos! I have gone to several friends homes over this season only to be munched upon like an all you can eat buffet in their yards, constantly having to spray replellants and lit candles, but not in my yard. I have not had an issue with the pests at all this season! Thank you mosquito squad!!!
