Attempted to call this business for service. I left a message on their answering machine. Never received a phone call. I had picked this business based on the rating results, but their ratings are not indicative of their service. BEWARE.

Very knowledgeable and professional. We told them our concern and they came out right away and found the problem. Prices are very reasonable also.

Had them come out to look at what I thought might be a carpenter ant problem. I had seen a few on my deck and had a board that I thought they may have eaten through. They came out, looked at the deck and were able to tell me that it was just a bad treated board and it was rot. He gave me some advice on what I could do to control the ants, but said they were nothing to be concerned about. Didnt charge me anything for coming out. Will definitely call them again if and when I have a pest problem.

We had a problem with ants and Lake Michigan came out assessed the problem(which wasnt that big of deal) and didnt even charge us. Super friendly, helpful, and professional.
