Full truck load been here since 9:30am, its now 5:30pm & they havent unloaded one pallet!!! Apparently the floor is to full of freight & they have to clear it to accept more freight. This business needs a better leader & better communication. Even trucks theyre loading have been here for over 5+ hours. Theres a line down the street. A better system needs to be put in place for recieving freight, its a free for all on getting a dock as soon as you get here, WHAT A JOKE.

Multimillion dollar company and the parking lot for trucks arent even figured out. Parking trailers in front of docks making everything tight. The road that goes around the building is rediculous full with trailers making everything tight. Was fast though once I got in dock. Ill give them that

I got unloaded in 45 minutes, shipping and receiving door is between docks 17 and 18a lot of space to back up in the dock, no overnight parking on the property, but if you are lucky you can find on the street, they have restroom for drivers.They work 24 hours, when you come park first in the dock so you dont waste your time, and you dont want somebody else to get into your door.

This facility can be very confusing if you have never been there before. First they have an electronic check in for drivers if you don’t know about it drivers who have been there before easily go ahead of you in the queue. Once you back in to your dock make sure to go back to the check in person and inform them so that they can give you access to go into the warehouse and give you your paperwork. Don’t go back to your truck else you will waste a lot of time, you have to be in the dock door inside the warehouse as the unload you- I was told that’s the way they know you are waiting...very strange! The person unloading you will give you your signed paperwork once done. Took and average 2+ hours to unload

OTR, delivery, unique check in process, some people pull in a door then check in...took about hr or 2 to check me in then said to wait in lobby then wait by the dock door with papers. Good think there was nice guy that got my papers and said to sit in truck when the office people said it’s not allowed, so very weird place.

This place is a joke!Got here at 2:30 to pick up a load that was supposed to be ready between 1-3... it’s now 6:30 and they still haven’t started loading. There’s no cohesiveness by the employees and everyone looks lost.. don’t recommend for Picking up!

So weird check in process,front desk guy long hair white guy, he is so rude, no Hi No explain No communication, he must learn to communicate. He’s acting like drivers asking money or food .

There is no sign telling drivers which door shipping and receiving is located. Its by dock door 17. You must remain on the dock while they unload you.

Im a truck driver and I came here today. I hardly ever give one star but here goes. Here are some warnings if you come here to pick up. There is no specific place for trucks who are waiting for a doc to park so theyre parked all over the lot and occasionally will block you in to your spot. The check-in system is very strange as you check in and sometimes no one will talk to you after getting checked in. I got loaded and drove 60 miles past Gary and got a phone call that they forgot to put some Freight on my load so I had to turn around and come back. When I got back I again had to fight for a door. I will not accept a load from this facility again very very disorganized. On top of all that make sure you charge your phone before you get here so you have something to do standing inside out of your truck in the warehouse waiting for them to load you. You have been warned.
