Im in Oregon. And a truck from this company passed two semi trucks on an uphill blind corner in a no passing zone! I called the company about this reckless driver and was told they cant do anything but call them and find out what they are doing and give the driver a warning. Drivers like this are the ones giving good semi drivers a bad name.

Truck number 1900 has aluminum foil blocking his bendix. If he runs into someone said someone will own amerifreight. Drivers only do that when they habitually tailgate.

I have working for them for 3 years and I am extremely happy. As a company driver I have no problems with equipment ( now I drive brand new 2015 VOLVO and the trailers are in excellent condition) have good miles per week, payments on time, cash advances when i need them and very professional dispatch and safety that i have never problems with. Thinking of becoming an owner operator soon and will buy a truck from them as they offer the best deal Ive heard of.

I can only give them one star.Because theyre so unorganized.Also they put every driver in contract through Policy procedures that makes them win but Sometimes some people/Driver losing what they earned.I personally dont recommend it as a worthy Trucking company to work for.Plus they make drive to pay security deposit in front and if something happens in future they a little with you then you lose your deposit $ money and turn all the papers against you.Because theyve been sued for sure.

SAMI AND VICKI ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS. THEIR DRIVER MARIA HAD HER PHONE OFF THE ENTIRE FOUR DAYS THEY HAD OUR PRODUCT. 700 MILE TRANSIT PICKED UP ON FRIDAY SUPPOSED TO DELIVER MONDAY MORNING FIRST THING AND THEY DIDNT DELIVER UNTIL 30 HOURS LATER. HAD TO CONTINUOUSLY BEG FOR DRIVERS CURRENT LOCATION AND THEY MANAGE TO COME UP WITH EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE ALL THE WAY FROM HAMPTON VA TO GREENWOOD IN. I BELIEVE THE REQUIREMENT TO GET A JOB AT THIS COMPANY IS GRADUATING 5TH GRADE.I COULDNT POST WITHOUT GIVING THIS WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPANY A ONE STAR.

Ive been working for Amerifreight systems for 1 year now, tried different companies before them and can tell you that no other company maintain their equipment as good as Amerifreight does, which is very important for me as a driver.When I started they were offering a sign in bonus which was paid to me as promised : in 2 payments, 1st one on the 3rd month and the 2nd one on the 6th month. They pay shortage miles, but Yes they will give you bonuses.The pay rate is good and its easy to get a time off if needed.The dispatchers I work with (Andy and Toni) are always assisting and willing to help solving whatever issue may appear.The shop will fix your truck in a flash and the safety department are being extremely helpful.

Dispatched millage always lot shorter than real millage. About 50-100 miles every trip. There is many kind of bonuses promised but you ll never get them nobody knows why. When you quit you will lose last 3 weeks of salary.they dont pay detantion so customers knows it and youll be the last guy to get loaded most of time. If you are new driver its good place to get some exp.

Unsafe drivers. They almost totaled my car when they are pulling into the facility or leaving. I called Safety Dept several times and were just rude and unprofessional about the situation. For example when you follow their trucks near their base in Bensenville IL the driver will turn his right signals to show you he is pulling over on the side of the road and as soon as you want to pass they will make a sharp right into the facility. Pretty unsafe.

Today is Jan 16 2017, here in Southeastern Wisconsin. The weather was icy, roads were slick and traffic was slow and heavy. I was almost run off the road, TWICE, by these two bozos driving trailer numbers 2514 and 2140, who were impatient, driving 70 mph, flashing headlights and changing lanes constantly. I called the company and lodged a complaint.Amerifreight, what kind of unsafe morons do you hire to drive your equipment?!!!

I would of given them negative 5 stars if I could. This so claim company is the worst trucking company I have ever applied to. They want the driver to pay for all their repairs on trucks. Here is what they contract included; driver pays a deductible on all insurance on cargo and on vehicle, any ticket or dot violation you get you also pay them penalties not just dot, if you miss scanning papers on time for whatever reason you pay hundreds regardless, they take out ecrow, you dont get paid for the first three weeks, trust me they will have you sign legal documents to use it against you and rip you off. Bottom line dont go anywhere near them, you will see it when you have to sign not during phone calls.
