Great service. Forklift guys do the best to get you loaded fast. Small place and not many docks when its busy but other than that its a pretty good place

OMG!!! This warehouse is a nightmare.Their mind setup is, that everyone who pick up from them is an enemy.Terrible customer approach.

This place is the worst they take forever I don’t recommend at all. They took more than three months trying to get my cargo. Also every time I called “customer service” had a bad attitude about checking the status of the load and kept lying about when I will be ready. Also they kept blaming it on global 4.

This facility moved to 875 E Devon, Elk Grove Village. Came for pick up. 90 degrees outside. Ask for wending machine. Forklift driver told me to go to lunch room and use it. The office clerk told me Im not allowed to use it. Then what is the purpose of wending machine. Put it outside so the drivers can use it. I went and use it. This lady came screaming. For what. For me buying a bottle of water. What kind of attitude is that. You have a work because this drivers are coming daily to get all this loads out of your warehouse. Please show some appreciation. I strongly recommend the management to consider this . Bottle of water that you would hand it to the drivers will be much appreciate it

Happy that my parcel from Australia was received and redistributed succesfully. Only part of failure (-1 star) was innability to request, track, or monitor shipment delivery across borders.

The women who checked drivers in was very rude .But loading was pretty good only about an hour .Not bad for a distribution co.

Quick unload but drivers must wait on the dock

Shipping warehouse. It is a very busy place with alot of trucks going in and out everyday. It is a container port governed by the Department of Homeland security rules and regulations. Must present ID to access the docs. Trucks need to get in the line, wait for your turn. Back into a doc and then check in with shipping office. Must have a valid pickup number or paperwork for the pickup. Once checked in, you will be buzzed into dock area. Driver should go by their overhead door and wait for the next availble forklift operator to get loaded or unloaded. The whole process may take couple of hours, so bring your lunch with you. Also there is no 🚻 available for drivers.

I dont blame the employees, I blame the people in charge, they think its okay to operate this facility like it was a zoo. 10 trucks parked outside another 5 more on the street, blocking the driveways and fire hydrants, etc.They need to establish a procedure for handling the traffic coming in and out. I guarantee its understaffed, the people are under paid and every year I see new people working here.Not going to get into any more negative remarks but its true, the people working here are working hard but they need more staff, more people moving freight or a larger warehouse !

Grab an open dock when you arrive and then check in. I had fast and efficient loaders on two different loads I pulled from here. Overall pretty good imo.

Good place, they r fast if you r going for dlvry only 1 pblm no washroom for driver.

FCFS facility. First must back in to door 16-26, then check in. Very friendly stuff. Loading time - 12 skids, 30 min.

Go here every day is long wait at times but the dock guys work hard to move trucks .... long wait because a lot of trucks come through... the ones that bother me r the ones with no lines and lazy workers

It is an ocean break bulk warehouse. If you have ever been to one you know what I mean .some times the lines are long .... hours long ...

Waited 5hrs to be loaded. This place did not provide a bathroom to drivers, and the loaders periodize on loading drivers the know, so if you come here every now and then make sure you free up about 5hrs of your schedule.

Truckers be prepared for a long wait. Driver assistance. Get a dock between 13-26 before check in.

This was my first time my oversea shipment came through this agency and it was a disaster from the start. These people are bunch of bureaucrats that act like robots, no human understanding what so ever when it comes to small issues caused by the shipper. Totally unreliable, will try not to do any business with this agency in the future. DISASTER!
