He came highly recommended so we looked no further. Sonja was very prompt and quick with her communication, I could text or email her and have an answer within the hour. She also spent time with me picking out the best materials for the project. The project was timely and very professionally completed. Wade and Sonja are both personable and stand on integrity. We moved to Sisters from Alaska this year. I needed to remodel a spare room to accommodate all the stuff that my wife would not otherwise allow in the new house. Central to this project was the addition of a fireplace. The name Wade at H2 HandyPro kept coming up as I made inquiries about stoves, rock, and flooring. So I looked Wade up and immediately found him thoughtful and knowledgeable. He helped me find the best materials I could afford. More importantly, he put together a team of craftsmen, suppliers, and installers who could do the kind of work I wanted, as well as managed the permits and utility hookups. Sahnya was invaluable in keeping the schedule and helping me with design considerations. Im sure that as projects go, this was small potatoes, but we were treated all along like this was the their most important job. Finally, I made a bunch of new friends and picked up not a few construction tricks. I would not hesitate to recommend H2 HandyPro to anyone considering quality work. In fact, I have done so already. It was apparent from the beginning that H2 had a good reputation. I know now they have earned it.

We used H2 Handy Pro to make substantial changes to our fireplace in 2019. This included replacing the wood fireplace with a gas fireplace, new mantel and hearth, new adjacent cabinets, audio-visual and electrical cabling.This extensive project include many tradesmen: cabinet maker, stone mason, electrician, low-voltage wiring for the TV and stereo and much more. We repositioned our fireplace, lowering it, and H2 Handy Pro was able to match our existing stone so that the new fireplace looks like it was the original installation in the massive 20 tall stacked stone Chimney.We found Wade and Sahnya to be very professional to work with. They helped our project evolve into something much better than our original concept. Their work was satisfactory in every way, and we feel that we got a good value.

We recently had our dates fireplace replaced and updated by Wade and crew. We were thrilled with the end result but also pleasantly surprised with the process. We received daily updates and photos sent to us when we were not on site. All the subs H2 lines up were top of the line, cleaned up the space, respectful, and top notch in their specialty. We went from having a mediocre fireplace to having one that is a focal point of the room. Working with Fireside on our fireplace selection process was also great. Our project was organized well, starting and ending on schedule with each step lined up efficiently to enable to project to move along at a steady pace. Highly recommend.

I live out of state and was told that Wade would be in my neighborhood the day that I called. So I gave them the code to enter my home and my alarm code. After 9 days of not hearing back I called H2Handy Pro. Wade did not go out and look at the job and give me a bid. When I called the office i was told they are ready to do the job. The cost would be $75 per hour plus materials. While they seemed eager to get started that did not tell me how much the job would cost. When I expressed my concern about not knowing the cost. I was told that they are really busy and trying to maximize their time. While I appreciate that I also appreciate that I work hard for my money and will not just sign over a blank check. I wish they would have told me from the beginning that they were too busy for my business. So while they maximized their time I am now left without a handy man to get the job done before we come to Oregon for Christmas. Not very good customer service. They definetly put themselves first above their customers.

Working with Wade and Sahnya on the design of our new fireplace, the selection of materials and also the construction phase of the project was fantastic! When we ran into problems with our remodel Wade’s suggestions and options were discussed and we proceeded along well. We’ll contact H2 Hardy Pro for future home projects after this experience.

Wade Rolles and his team did such a fantastic job. I am a single mom with lots of handyman jobs that needed to be taken care of. He did a host of odd jobs for me in a very timely fashion. He worked around my schedule as best he could and made sure I was happy with the outcome. I appreciated his professionalism, his interaction with my kids, and he clean appearance - himself and the job he completed. Definitely keeping him on my list of contacts for any other jobs that need to be taken care of!

I have been dreaming of living in a log style home for 25 years. I bought a home in the Bend, Oregon area 3 years ago, and began planning for renovations. I met with Wade Rolles, a very personable and professional craftsman. Wade, along with Nick, and other craftsmen, turned my home into my dream home. The work was extensive, and detailed... from new insulation and a heating/cooling system, to expanding my loft and the loft bathroom, to extensive indoor log siding with river rock embellishments, a custom railing system, all new windows and doors, and heated floors. They didnt miss a thing. They followed my ideas, and guided me where my ideas would not work, and gave me excellent alternatives. I could not be happier with Wade and Nick, and their team. I feel like I live in a resort lodge. And I cannot thank Wades office manager, Sahnya, enough for her organizational skills and polite, delightful personality. Wades dog came for a few visits, too, which was delightful! Knowing that I had Wades entire team on my side made the process of renovations a great experience. Wade, the contractor at H2 Handy Pro, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the start. The company has a strong reputation in the area, so there was a few-months wait time before construction on our project could begin, but Wade let us know that upfront, so there was no unexpected delay.Once work began, Wade was consistently informative and available to answer any questions we had. His office assistant Sahnya was also helpful and quick to respond to our phone calls, emails or texts.Wade saw to it that every aspect of our project was done by well-qualified people. He was on-site to start and follow up with each subcontractor. He was reliable and professional throughout the project timeline.Most importantly, the results are absolutely gorgeous. Wade has actually performed three major projects for me and he is the ONLY person I would have work on my home. Wade and his team were awesome. We had water damage to our house and had to move out when 7 months pregnant. Wade managed the whole job really well and got us back into our house just in time to have our baby boy. Very grateful.!

The brothers did a fantastic job repairing our two homes from water damage (leak in ceiling on both houses) to broken cabinets. They are very friendly, easily to talk with, and extremely competent doing whatever needs to be done. We would highly recommend H2 Handy Pros to all.

Wade is a true professional who takes pride in his work. He removed an old gas fireplace and tile surround, prepared the opening for the new unit, then re-tiled to our specifications after the new one was installed. The work was meticulously executed with great attention to detail. Needless to say, my wife and I are very happy with his work.Wade is the least messy contractor we have worked with. He covered our living rooms delicate hardwood floor with paper before he started. During removal of the old tile, his assistant constantly vacuumed the dust, so there was very little residual dust throughout the rest of the house. There were no piles of tools and debris that we have experienced with other contractors we have worked with. Needless to say, we recommend Wade highly.
