Bend On-site Screening gets a five star for how amazing their customer service was. They were very responsive and quick to come and measure for our door. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable about which style of door would work best for us. In a turn of events, we ended up selling out home before the screen was able to be delivered. Sam was gracious enough to understand our situation and allowed us to cancel our order, even though he was unable to cancel with the manufacturer. We cant appreciate enough the understanding as well as amazing service we received from Sam and the team at Bend On-site Screening. I would recommend to anyone using them for and custom screening jobs they might have.

I have over 40 years of experience in the design and construction of 2 high-rise office buildings and hundreds of apartments, but always liked to do my DYI projects. Recently a sliding screen door began sticking, so I took it out and found that my 90 year old condition wouldnt let me put it back in. I went to Google and found the BOSS. Everything from getting an appointment to having a great reinstall was outstanding service and very fair pricing is what you will get. The owner was pleasant to meet and talk with. You cant go wrong or do better.

They fit me in during a crazy busy time and Sam came out and rescreened and built new screens and was kind, efficient, and so reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I took them a sliding screen door that was torn and frame bent. They were prompt and courteous. When I got the door home, I had difficulty putting it in place so I called their office and within an hour, they were here to fix the problem. The screen I had taken in, did not fit the door opening so they fabricated a new one on the spot! They installed it and it works perfectly and looks great. I highly recommend this great company!

Just wonderful to work with, I wasn’t sure what I needed and have a historic house so none of our doors are standard size, they measured and installed the same day while I was working. Great work! The screen matches color very well, had the whole screen reframed due to damage. As the screen is huge and would not fit in my car the on site replacement was very easy, with no extra charge for it! Only downside is check/cash only so had to find my checkbook..

This is a great business to work with! The staff is very friendly and honest. They try to be as accommodating as possible for how busy they are. I like that I have the option to drop my screens off to the office and pick them up the next day if they’re booked out. They’re also great at brainstorming and troubleshooting a project that might be unusual. Highly recommend this business!

Dont be fooled by the name they do MUCH MORE than screens.They were able to quickly come out and assess an issue with the balances in our windows. (the part that helps them open and close)B.O.S.S. was able to identify the problem and get the parts needed saving us time and money in having to replace windows.They had them installed in a few days along with a new window that had a failed seal.Thank you B.O.S.S. you did a fantastic job!

Sam installed three storm doors for us and did a quality job. This instillation was on a cabin that provided many challenges that he faced, he was thorough and meticulous. He was respectful of property and cleaned up after his job.He is a craftsman and would recommend him and his company.Plus, he has a wonderful little dog.

The experience I had with on-site screening was wonderful! A screen door was fixed within a short period of time after numerous people had tried to make it slide easily. Also, Sam, the gentleman who was doing the repairs, was able to fix my sunscreens that the company which originally installed them had not been able to do. On-site screening is a company I would not hesitate to call if I ever need help again.

When Carey (the owner) arrived he was rude and in a rush. I attempted to slow him down and explain the homeowner has cognitive impairment and I would prefer to be involved in the decision. He continued to rude, non apologetic and in a rush. I have used them 2x before and recommended them many times to others.Todays experience was disappointing. These guys are awesome squared. Took a half dozen screens in to be re-screened mid-day on a Friday and was pleased to hear they would be ready the next biz day (Monday) at 10am. A couple hours later I had a VM telling me they were ready and I would not have to suffer through the hot weekend with no screens. I arrived just before closing to pick them up and remembered that I forgot to ask them to duplicate one of the screens to replace a frame that was beyond repair. Despite the fact that they were trying to close down for the weekend, 5 minutes later I had the new screen. Bonus: Family owned and operated by the nicest people youd ever want meet. I only wish I had a reason to do more business with them.

My wife and I came to Bend On-Site Screening to see if they could outfit our 1956 Aloha Camper Trailer with custom window screens. We are grateful that Sam was willing to find a way for us, as others we talked to had decided very abruptly that nothing could be done to solve our problem. Not only did he find an answer for us, the cost was very fair and they were able to get our trailer in for installation SAME-DAY. Sure their customer service is great, but if a company doesnt have great customer service they quickly fail. What I think this brands greatest contribution to their industry is, is their willingness to innovate: finding new ways to solve problems, even if they need to pioneer a creative approach.

Our back screen door had been a problem. They replaced it quickly (seriously, it took about 30 minutes start to finish to build us a new door!), the worker was helpful and knowledgable, and the new door is great!

Getting ready to sell our house, we realized screens were 21 years old and frames were falling to pieces, screens torn, ripped and beat to hades. We called Bend On-Site screening and made appt for 10 am for 2 days later. Sam showed up in his big truck exactly at 10 am. He collected the 10 busted up screens, took them into his truck and used them to re-produce all new 10 screens. Then he raced around the house and popped in the new screens. Professional, on time. New screens were flawless and worked correctly right away. Our house windows look like new!
