Great staff this place needs more funding

I live in a 29ft motor home with my 15teen yr old boy and the central Oregon winters are cold my only heating and cooking source is propane fuel thanks to Nieghbor hood impact and their one time energy assistance program I was able to obtain350.00 propane voucher that carried me and my son threw winter which would have been extremely difficult with out the their assistance..thank you dearly Nieghbor hood impact.. This place is awesome.

Was calling as a concerned Mother new to the area and was trying to find out who I needed to talk to for help and answers to my questions and hoped to talk to someone friendly and helpful. Right off the bat, the operator I was trying to explain my problem to cut me off and directed me to someone else.. no idea who. Instead of saying No problem, let me direct you to so and so she didnt even let me finish. Extremely Rude! Maybe they should reconsider their job choice if they cant even direct calls in a friendly manner! What a nice welcome to the area!
