Being a client with Full Access High Desert. They are amazing at what they do. Friendly and awesome people who do work for the disability community.
They do help the disabled, but there are a few egos that need to be taken down a few notches. You do not disrespect the provider caring for the client. You find out from the provider what is going on. I had some sad problems with Ashley, no communication from her at all when I needed to deal with the client.
They are not very open with how they give service to the client or they are unsure of what kind of services they have. I have checked into getting service for my brother and was given contradicting answers each time I asked the same questions from different people, of what they do for the client, which contradicted the last set of questions I asked. So, its a wait and see what they do and see if my brother wants to commit to this company.
Helping people with disabilities live more independently. .
Not really happy with the services
