Good-2 Go Oregon is a supportive company with a mission to serve people with disabilities in Central Oregon. The management makes a consistent effort to listen to feedback from staff and make improvements accordingly. As an added benefit, it feels that they genuinely care about their employees well-being, in and outside the company. Working directly with clients was a great experience and never boring. I felt that I had the opportunity to make a direct impact on peoples lives, and they taught me invaluable lessons. Though the pay could be improved for the services we provide, Tracy Young (owner) is currently advocating within upper levels of government for pay increases. If this is accomplished, this job will be even more well-rounded and desirable than it currently is. Thanks for all you do, Good-2-Go!

I was recruited by the owner back in 2016/17. He is an amazing person to work for and they treat you like family (rather than a employee number) I loved working with clients so much that I filled my schedule to work 7 days a week. Good-2-Go Oregon helps you do something great for your community. My biggest regret is leaving such an amazing workplace but I am grateful for the opportunity given to me by Good-2-Go. I still visit Bend any chance I get and visit with Tracy to see how everything is going. Thank you Good-2-Go and thank you Tracy for being the best employer I have worked for. I have not found a job quite like this since!
