We had an iPad with battery issues. Apple quoted me a price of $599. Batteries plus did it for $99. Wow! We’re super pleased with the work and will be spreading the word.Also, I heard they replace car key fobs for next to nothing compared to the dealerships.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could not only get my battery replaced, but that I could also get my cracked (again!) screen protector replaced with a warranty. Lovely.

Very helpful and phone works great. I had to leave my phone there for a couple of hours but that wasnt a problem for me. Very reasonable cost and picked up a great deal on AA batteries, too!

I did the NO NO. Dropped my phone on the concrete. The dredded purple lines started taking over my screen. Wow! What a great deal. My $500. phone was fixed and back like new in two hours. For 199.99! Lots better price than a new phone.

The employees are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Put a new battery in my iPhone very quickly. They are always busy so might have to wait a few minutes, but worth it! My first stop for any unusual batteries, bulbs or information.

The people at our local store were super-helpful, and were able to install my iphone’s new battery within an hour. The phone is working like a charm. Price was as advertised, and they even had a $10.00 coupon that I used. All is good with this place!

The store was VERY busy both times I went in. I was able to leave a phone that I needed a battery for, a Google Pixle with an approximately $80.00 battery, however less than a new phone! Nice Folks at the store. Replaced a Samsung battery--same charge when I picked it up as when I left it. Charge is NOT lasting. Was it REALLY A NEW BATTERY? I wonder.

Came in to have my iPhone battery replaced since it would not charge.The man that helped me worked on it as I waited, since I lived in Sisters and would have a drive to come back in an hour to pick it up. Very pleased with the overall service.

I made an appointment online with the assumption I could get it done while I waited, but then was told to come back in 90 minutes to pick it up. Not sure why I made the appointment. Other than that I was happy with the repair.

I took my phone in for repairo and was assisted promptly. The phone was ready to pick up at the promised time.

My cracked screen and inoperable screen was repaired quickly and perfectly by the team at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Bend, OR. The cost of repair was more than I expected and believe it shouldve been (although exactly as quoted) and I did not receive notice of completion (I asked that it be by email, rather than phone), so my rating is a 4 rather than a 5. Popped in to fix a wonky battery in my sons phone, they had the battery in stock and it literally took no more then a hour for them to completely change it out.

You will not get better quality or service anywhere else.

The battery worked well; however, I did have to charge it again in the morning.

The woman who worked here was incredibly rude. Rude to me and VERY rude to her coworkers. Im assuming shes the owner or else she wouldnt work there. I would take my business elsewhere.
