Location 62345 Jamison, Bend.A lady helping me at the counter became obviously quite agitated with the idea, the fact is that I was requesting to have my box taped up well as I had expensive cameras shipping across the country. She raised her voice and became very short with the fact that I made this request. Obviously, she needs some time off to re-evaluate her temper.

I sent a driver to drop off a package and it had an old sticker on it. The lady there refused to ship the package because it had an old sticker on it. The option to open the package and show a return item was available and then to cover up the old sticker was an option. We will never come back and tell people about our experience there. Totally bad service and sent us to another FedEx. We went to UPS...

Fine if you want to ship books....socks....a sweatshirt. Horrible for medications or anything you need for your health to arrive on time or not get lost.

Sent a carrier to deliver a package envelope said the driver couldnt find it is ask about the regular Fed Ex driver that knows the whole area I mean only 200 residents in the Christmas Valley, Oregon area they said the driver in mentioned is in different department, you mean they cant dial the phone to different department to ask where I live, I have gotten packages in same location for over six years from Fed Ex but cant deliver a 9 x 12 envelope so I drove 109 miles one way to pick up and envelope, they have delivered tires, automotive parts and packages but cant deliver an envelope. What is Fed Ex coming too, UPS has no problem.

I was very pleased to have FedEx call me this morning to check on my address. The company shipping to me had the incorrect address. Your employee called immediately and was very pleasant! Thank you!!!!

Packages from FedEx are routinely later than the projected date of delivery. A package supposed to be delivered today and loaded on the truck for delivery at 5:07 a.m. this morning has been rescheduled for delivery on Monday three days late. All of this information was obtained from FedExs own website. This is about the fourth time this has happened with FedEx. We have never had this problem with UPS.

Bend, OR fedex is the worst for rural delivery. They will hold packages for a week or longer because they dont feel like driving it out to the country.

Our package was put on wrong truck, when the other driver saw it when other driver got back to shop he reginiced us and address and brought it to us today, dont know his name,,has mustache and delivers to Christmas Valley Oregon that was awesome

Lady at the counter was nice and friendly but I had to wait for almost 2.5 hours to be told the guy is still in Redmond. There was no time on their door tag when they would be back to their shipping center. Had I known that I wouldnt have wasted my time. The driver finally showed you to the house and decided to give attitude about trying to deliver. People who work for living pretty much work Monday through Friday . The drivers attitude shouldnt even be that way, what a joke at best . Best thing I can relate their services is clown shoes. From now on Ill go with the guys in brown if I can help it.

I have a drop box by my front gate for packages. I have my place totally fenced and Keep Gate Closed and Guard Dog signs on my entrance gates. UPS ALWAYS puts the packages in the drop box. FedEx delivered a package last week while I was gone and luckily my dogs with me. I found the package sitting on top of a storage hutch I had. This means they went PAST the dog signs and entered the yard anyway. If my dogs had been in the yard when that happened, he would have been bit. And I would have REFUSED to be held responsible. Today they made another delivery of imported food, many covered in chocolate, for a party I have going to be putting on tomorrow. They set the box RIGHT inside the gate rather than using the drop box. Luckily I got to it before the dogs did. If I had not been home they would have probably tore it up and ate everything. I would have sued FedEx for Vet bills or dead dogs. I am just furious right now!

Driver will not deliver to my front door but leaves items in a plastic bag at the beginning of the driveway at street level. Driveway is not long and has a turn out. UPS delivers to my door. No notifications of delivery so items sat outside in the snow overnight until found the next day. Laziness or company policy????

Was present at my house the whole day, package was marked as delivery attempted, no knock, no doorbell no nothing. Now I have to wait an additional day to pickup my package because they dont allow pickups outside of office hours.

Horrible. Was outside all day with my kid, was even sitting outside my door when I got the notification my package was delivered. No package! No note! No driver even drove past!! Lies is what you can expect from fed ex!!!

I am so thankful for this FedEx! I have used them at least 6 times now, and every time, my package has arrived on time (if not before). You can even now get an email sent, notifying when the package has been delivered.I had been using USPS, but a card I mailed in early January has still not been delivered, and a package I sent 3 weeks before Christmas, arrived two weeks after.... ridiculous!The staff at this FedEx helps you figure out the cheapest and quickest way to send your package and all 3 people Ive worked with have been friendly. Getting things delivered on time matters a lot, and this location makes it happen. Thank you!!

Two days in a row this company has said my package will be delivered, only to say that I was not home to deliver it and/or they could not enter the building. The front door to the complex is not locked, no tag is left as they claim, and it will just be shipped back to Portland. I have been home all day, both days, and no one made any attempt.

Package has been in town for two days and they still cannot deliver it. They have delayed shipment three times. Called their support and was unable to get any assistance. Next time I will request the sender use UPS.

Giselle and DJ and the entire Saturday crew at this FedEx office went the extra mile by staying after posted Saturday office hours to make sure I had my FedEx package for a present that day. Not only did they allow me to wait in the office (after the posted closing) while they were busy doing other office work but called and had the driver come back to their office with my FedEx package so I could make it to the birthday celebration.

This particular facility contracts out people who dont deliver packages to the correct house, deliver on time and they lie that things have been delivered. This is all because we live 50 miles from the nearest facility. The contracted out courier delivered our entertainment center to the wrong house this year and the person at the wrong house had to find us through Facebook to get it to us, because when I called Fedex, they said it was delivered and they dont know what happened to it. When I ordered a computer that had more than enough time to be delivered Friday, July 1st, it was not, and the facility didnt know where it was because they gave it to a courier in Prineville, OR (probably the same one delivered our first package to the wrong house) and they said they would call to help us and they did not. They said the courier didnt scan anything that day, as well. On July 1st, Amazon said our package was left on our door for my husband. The UPS packages were there from Amazon, but not the ones shipped by Fedex, so we have to deal with multiple companies to either give us a refund or replace the products. We cant go home to our family for Fourth of July because no one is available to take our 1600.00 dollar laptop that was supposed to come already. We imagine it might come Tuesday, but we cant have it sit outside for days. This has been an absolute nightmare all because Fedex wants to save money and have a man in his own vehicle deliver on his own schedule and to whatever address he feels like. They clearly dont mind that this makes them look like a small time delivery service, as UPS has professional drivers and always comes at exactly the same time. If you live in Bend, youre probably fine getting your stuff, but if you live anywhere that they dont deliver to in an actual truck, you should really just pick up your things at a secure location. I clearly have learned my lesson.July 5th Update - my husband had to go to two different streets to ask various people in the neighborhood if our packages were delivered to them. The facility called today and said it was delivered across the street from us, which it wasnt. I dont see how it is our job to drive through town to locate our packages. The laptop required a signature. They did not require a signature for the laptop and they just dropped it off. The packages have been found, but to no help of Fedex.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. They just left an Amazon package worth $650 out in the open without signature, which was stolen, and when I went to make a claim, deer in the headlights and refusal to take responsibility.
