Incompetent at best. Left me on hold during a call for over 20 minutes - just for deactivation of my services.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. As a Seasonal home owner; we put our Cable and Internet on when we are in town. At no time did Bend Broadband inform us that after 10 months of inactivity they automactically restore service, even if we are not there. They claim to have the proof of informing us but refuse to show us. CROOKS!!!!

We had 3 business phone lines, 3 TV and internet for 2 years. It was the worst service Ive ever experienced and CenturyLink isnt a hard one to beat. I finally canceled service after the kept coming out monthly to Fix the network and I personally returned the equipment to their office. About 8 months later I get a bill for around $950 for the equipment they claim I didnt return! It almost went on my credit report because I refused to pay. Took months of back and forth and they finally stopped the claim. Long story short: WARNING I love the branding....and its very deceptive.

Second review in a week. Service came out and got the internet working again after replacing modem and cables that lasted for two hours. Now waiting for two more days for service again. If I could get another service I would. If you know of one please recomend

Service went down, lost sales due to not being able to swipe credit cards with no internet. Bendbroadband’s solution was to credit me $5.Business internet should only go offline during a natural disaster. Not on an average Tuesday with no warning. I lost business because of you guys. Also, Samantha, the customer service rep was rude and had an attitude.

Worst of the worst. Only use them if it is your ONLY option. They have the worst customer services I have received from any ISP.
