We have had Webformix service for years at our remote central Oregon home. It is robust and reliable. Unfortunately in our location the signal and equipment only support the low end Basic Service. That said it keeps us connected with pretty solid service. When we have had issues tech support gets back quickly and they are helpful. You feel like you are dealing with a small company that appreciates their customers.

Great internet for Crooked River Ranch! Im sure it does well in other places too, but I was recommended Webformix by a neighbor when I moved in and I love it. Some of the best internet Ive had in Central Oregon. Plus, you get to speak to a real person unlike Century Link and BendBroadBand (who sends you to a call center in a different time zone). Webformix is the new local dog in town (anyone been here long enough to remember when Bend Broad Band was that, then sold out?? lol). Anyways, highly recommended! Happy customer since June 2021.

We wanted to use a local company, and Webformix has been top notch in every way! There are real, friendly people to talk with, and they are quick to respond every time. Been with Webformix for 5 years now. I work from home so up time for Internet is important. There have only been a couple times it was not available. Even in these cases I was notified when it would be down and approximately for how long. The team is very quick to respond and resolve any issues that may come up. I should also mention that I live in a rural area and this makes it even more valuable to have a good service. Webformix provides this and is very competitive in pricing. I am very pleased.

The only problem I have is inconsistent power. Solar not always good, still working out the kinks. But your service is great. When on the WiFi is fast!

We have used Webformix since 2011. When we’ve had a question (which is rare), the guys are helpful and knowledgeable. A couple years ago we bought a router and a technician from Webformix came out and set it up for us.

Internet works great for working from home and gaming.for the nerds: the wireless tower I am connected to is approx 9.4 miles away, but Im still able to achieve ~38 ms response time pinging Google servers. 30 down 5 up (fastest provided out of all the companies in the area). No jitters observed yet.The wire coming off the dish is Ethernet (PoE), and it also provides DHCP optionally so no router required.

I like that they answer the phone, dont require a contract (month to month) and you can upgrade your speed at any time, if you happen to start out at a level thats not fast enough. They dont require bundling, so I can buy internet-only and start or stop at any time. Simplest, smartest company Ive ever had, and their office is right here in Bend, OR in addition to having main office elsewhere. Perfect service so far.

Ive had Webformix for years for several locations including my small business. Ive always been super happy with dealing with the awesome staff that works there and they have helped me at my business to have smooth transactions with our wifi POS system which requires fast internet speeds. They have also been quick to respond to any issues Ive ever had, troubleshoot and solve my problem.

The Webformix internet speeds for us was average at best, about 8 MBPS download and .5 MBPS upload. When some of us had to work from home, it became inadequate. It was the best option for us for our location (out in the country), until the Starlink beta program was made available to us. Starlink will be a game changer for locations outside of city limits.

I have been a subscriber to Webformix internet service since we moved to Central Oregon 6 years ago. It has proven to be fast, reliable and affordable.We use it for our laptops, tablets and for streaming Amazon and Netflix.Back on the East Coast we had Verizon Fios fiber optic internet. It was expensive, involved several pieces of equipment and was known for outages. Webformix uses only a very small dish on the roof and a router. I would recommend Webformix internet to anyone in Central Oregon.

Here in Central Oregon, good internet access isnt a given, but Webformix is reliable internet service. Since we work remotely, we rely on dependable, strong access. Any time weve had questions or needs, Webformix has been responsive and timely.

WebforMix is always quick and helpful when I have a question. Service is amazing, when everyone is complaining about outages I still have quality service. With distance learning now I consistently am running 5 chrome books for online school, streaming on at least 2 tv’s all day long and 2 playstations gaming throughout the day. And rarely does it pause to buffer.

Were we live our internet was 97 percent below the national average. It did not matter who we were with it was bad. A friend told me about webformix and that they were happy with them. After drilling him with questions I gave them a call. I told them about my bad experiences. They said that they could do better. I was very skeptical and told them so. Webformix told me that if they could not get the results I wanted the installer would not hook it up and they would not charge me. I said okay. As long as they keep providing the same standard of service in the office and on the home I will never look at any other provider. It has been the best internet I have ever had. Very fast. After trying to get service with a bigger name internet provider for over a month and being extremely frustrated with their lack of professionalism, I reached out to Webformix to see if they could help. Overall satisfied with slight issue. I asked when ordering if they could install the same day if they got a good signal and had to wait another day for them to come back with proper equipment. Installer was very good and placed everything where I asked

I have had Web For Mix in the past. I loved the service in every way possible. From the install to the speed and reliable connection. We stream a lot as we do not subscribe to satellite or cable. Tried Century Link and Charter Cable and was routinely frustrated to pay for something we could not RELIABLY use. Web For Mix was nearly the complete opposite with exceptional connection and speed. The installer Rick was EXTREMELY professional - very knowledgeable and went out of his way to satisfy our demands.

Every part of the process was easy and the customer service is excellent! We’ve been frustrated with our previous carrier for a long time and I wish we would have switched much sooner. Very happy customer!
