I don’t really write reviews I just rate them but this company I had to write my own I was hesitant on hiring a professional just because I was embarrassed of my carpets being so stained and smelly I have three small Chihuahuas and they had many accidents especially in one of the bedrooms I think that was their favorite room to go in and sneak in accidents The outcome of all three bedrooms is amazing they are unbelievably clean they smell great I am very very happy They are even more clean then wen we first moved in our apt I will definitely refer them I will definitely continue business with them John and his partner were polite respectful there was absolutely no judgment from either of them when they came in And price was very reasonable thank you John and team you guys are amazing 😊

Clean? Did you say clean? Can you say looks like new! Dog Gone Clean came in and cleaned my parents carpets - something they hadnt done in a year thinking that just because it was only the two of them they really didnt need it. Wrong! It was long overdue because they have little show dogs - everywhere.All I can say is wow! The carpets are beautiful now - theres a sense of freshness and crispness that makes a world of difference. There were two pet stains we worried about but they got them out! Poof! Theyre gone!Plus, the cleaning solutions they used are pet friendly so mom didnt worry about letting her kids back in right away. John was so nice to my folks!
