A company that actually answers their phone! I had a great experience and have loved both houses I have stayed at. Quick and easy to book on the phone without having to jump through a bunch of hoops or pay the online hidden fees that other companies charge. Highly recommend!
Woman calls me up saying I called her. I never did. Then says she will block me, I say fine with me she then calls me back and hangs up.Totally unprofessional take your business elsewhere.
TL, DR: Lots of extra hidden fees, no refunds offered.Called to book and they mentioned $130 per night for 2 nights. They didnt mention a $75 cleaning fee and another mysterious service fee though which brought my 2-night total up to $396. They charged my card before I signed any agreement, even though the agreement that they sent via email mentions that the card will be charged AFTER I sign the agreement... Called them to try and work it out but they were quite rude and didnt know WHAT was so surprising when we mentioned to them that their service fees seemed high for a 2-night stay. They offered no refund even though I tried to cancel 5 days in advance of my stay and I never sent them any signed agreement that they supposedly require. I guess they have the credit card number so they have the power, right..? What an obnoxious group of people to work with... This was the first and will be the last time I deal with them.
Tried to do business with them but they were rude and offensive. I asked for the following weekend but the require 3 days, and indeed they would rather leave them empty than rent them for just 2 days. They had multiple openings still 7 days out . . . When I questioned the practice they responded by saying, and I quote:That really deserves no answer. You are a very rude and thoughtless man.All becasuse I disagreed with their business practice that was clearly costing them money! Regardless, that is know way to treat a potential customer!!!
