Montgomery recently rescued my beloved but old A-Frame home, helping me track down a mysterious musty smell, fully repairing my warped floor (pulled up carpet and linoleum, removed deteriorating particle board, reinforced / deodorized & sealed subfloor where needed, added new post-and-beam reinforcements underneath, leveled floor), then added new flooring which is gorgeous! They also remodeled my bathroom, fully replacing the tub, surround, vanity, toilet, and lighting - it looks amazing! As well, they secured and anchored the edges of my A-Frame roof, and repaired my deck - ALL top notch work! These guys can do anything. Mike initially came out to give me a quote, taking the time to answer questions and discuss the job in earnest. I found him really personable, professional, and easy to work with. He and his office staff consistently followed up with me afterward, were extremely reliable, and his quote was more than fair. Out of all the contractors I contacted for quotes, he by far had the most fair quote and most consistently followed up from beginning to end (a BIG DEAL in Bend where this doesnt always happen). His project manager Adam was a total pleasure to work with as well, always willing to answer my questions, entertain ideas about different options/approaches, and was also extremely reliable. Adam did and oversaw amazing work with attention to precision detail, which I noticed and appreciated. This is a great team to work with. I highly recommend Montgomery, and am loving my awesome A-Frame again!!

We used Montgomery to replace our cedar deck. They were professional, courteous and creative along with some very practical suggestions. Special attention to details we would not have thought to ask for that just make the finished product a work of craftsmanship. Montgomery remodeled our bathroom, kitchen, and fireplace wall. The people who work for this company are extremely talented, and I agree with the reviewer who said they treat you like family. Lauren was very helpful with the initial design and materials selections. The crew, especially Adam and Brandon, offered some great suggestions during the remodel, but never recommended anything that would increase the cost of the project. Mickey, the project manager, worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was perfect. He was always on the ball and even responded promptly to questions I texted after work hours. The end result was much nicer than what I originally had envisioned.

Cannot say enough about the folks at Montgomery!! Mike and Lauren came out several times to help us with the design elements of an extensive remodel that included a full kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout the first floor, complete redesign of the fireplace surround and completely changing the layout of our laundry room to create more storage and usable space. Lauren was fantastic and helped with the design elements along the way to ensure the finished result matched what we had envisioned. Mickey, Adam, Steve and Brandon did extraordinary work on our home and more important are just great people who worked extremely hard to make our vision for our home come true. They treated our home and our family as if it was their own. I would highly recommend Montgomery and their team of professionals.

We are very happy with the results after having Montgomery Remodeling design and build a series of walls in our very old basement. From the start of the process with Mike and Lauren surveying the basement and making valuable suggestions through the actual work by Sam, Steve and Brandon, Montgomery Remodeling was very professional. They showed up when they said they would, kept the job site clean and let us know of any changes and suggestions to ensure our satisfaction. Once the project was completed we received the final bill and guess what??? It matched the estimate! How about that? Bottom line, we felt confident the work would be done correctly and it was. All Montgomery personnel we interacted with were very professional. Highly recommended.

Montgomery Remodeling and Restoration helped repair our kitchen after a pipe leaked and caused a lot of damage. We also decided to remodel/update the kitchen while it was being worked on and Montgomery did a fantastic job! The entire project was completed on time and on budget - not something many contractors can do these days. We’re very satisfied with the experience and highly recommend Mike and his entire crew.

For the third time in the past four years we made a call to Mike and his team! Unfortunately, this time it was not for a planned project. Montgomery Remodeling and Restoration recently rescued us after a water leak that caused extensive damage to our floors and walls. Within a few hours of our call, Mike and his team were on-site with fans and equipment to mitigate the situation. They worked efficiently and thoroughly to stop further destruction, dispel mold buildup and dry and return all surfaces to normal. Having had years of experience mitigating all kinds of disaster situations, Mike and his team led us through everything from insurance processes to removal of damaged walls and floors, repair of everything and restoration of our home. We appreciated, once again, their attention to detail and willingness to flex with the challenges, always keeping the customer first. We ended up replacing much of our flooring with Coretec, a product he recommended, and it turned out great. This is a talented and considerate team of professionals who exceed Five-Star quality in all aspects of a project. This company was professional and skillful from day one. We had our kitchen stripped down to just the studs and all floors replaced downstairs. Our ideas for this remodel were listen too and completed. However when I needed some suggestions I loved the interaction and ideas that where given.Lauren, Mike and Ted completed this huge project on time with respect for our property. A kitchen remodeling project is a big undertaking, one that we shoved to the back burner for a couple of years. My husband and I decided this was the year. We developed a list of what we wanted done and set out to find three bids.We selected Mike Montgomery Remodeling & Restoration because Mike and his design specialist, Lauren Bates, clearly saw our vision and listened to our needs. The bid was completed to reflect all that we wished to accomplish. The project was completed on time with little or no disruption in our ability to utilize our kitchen during the deconstructing and reconstructing steps. This was due to the project leader Ted Jenkins. Ted assured all sub-contractor communications, scheduling and timeliness of each step in the process. The reconstruction of our high breakfast bar to a functional island and buffet space was created exactly the way we envisioned. The removal of a second wall oven provided us space to add three additional storage drawers. The craftsmanship of our new cabinets match exactly to our existing wood. New quartz countertops and backsplash replaced dated tile and grout. The quartz adds pizzazz to our new kitchen. The stone installers were meticulous in the installation of each piece.Lori Gierloff, the receptionist and accountant for Mikes company was a delight to work with. Invoicing was timely and exactly according to bid and contract.Are we happy with the project -- absolutely! We are so delighted with working with Mikes team that we will be planning the remodeling of our master and guest bathrooms. We will call Mike for those two projects as we have every confidence in his team, the skill of the sub-contractors and most importantly the quality of the completed work.
