Coiled cabs took a reservation for two vans to pickup guests at the end of my wedding. There’s no cell service at the venue, so I had to reserve ahead. I even called and confirmed a few days before the event. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. They stranded 12 people without any way of getting home, including my parents. I called the next day to see what happened, never got a response. Really disappointing that you dropped the ball.

This company has some rad drivers. Cathy in particular is the shizz, always prompt and knows what she’s doing. Give her an extra fiver for life advice and six months of good luck.For real though, treat her well, she’s a badass.

Is it regular practice for your company’s drivers to not turn the meter on? Twice this week I was charged $15 to go one mile round trip. Both drivers conveniently “forgot” to turn their meters on. It has cost me $17 to go 4.2 miles multiple times when the meter is actually running. I have never written a bad review about anything in my life but I feel totally taken advantage of.

I use Coiled Cabs exclusively for cab service here in Bend. I have always experienced professional and friendly customer service, paid fair rates and felt safe with the drivers, even in icy and otherwise inclement weather. The cabs are always clean and dont smell which is a small but important detail. After living in large cities where drivers can overcharge, take questionable routes and be creepy, Coiled is a breath of fresh air and I will continue to make use of their services.

I recently got the privilege to share a ride with Danny. He was very delightful! I had been quite exhausted that night but he managed to keep me energetic with his conversations! My experience was excellent- Dan was the drivers name. We bonded over the fact that we were both Irish. He made my ride very nice and I got to my location on time.. I had a headache from traveling but Dans cab was clean and comfortable.Overall great and I will request him next time.

He went out of his way to make sure my kids car seat was installed properly, without being asked. He made my trip very comfortable and I felt my family was safe. In 2019 I visited in Aug and nov and had the same driver on my way to the airport at the end of both visits, Danny. Danny was our driver today for airport ride. He was great! Texted earlier to confirm pickup, at house early and helped get us on our way which was no small task with 5 people and lots of luggage! On Valentines Day, 2016, we flew in to the Redmond Airport at 11:09 pm. There wasnt a cab in sight... we failed to realize that Redmond, OR doesnt have cabs just hanging around that late. We had just returned from Austria and had been up for 22 hours. As we were trying to figure out how to get home to Bend, a Coiled Cab drove up. They took us home. When we tried to pay them, they refused payment and wouldnt even accept a tip. They said, We just launched our business and we decided that service to our community was our number 1 value. You had a need and we want to live the spirit of Valentines day by helping you out. No charge ... just tell people about our business if you are happy with us. Coiled Cabs are everywhere! Youll get picked up in no time. Every time I fly, I know I can rely on them to be at my home at the exact time I specify and they will be waiting to take me home when I get back. All of the drivers that Ive had are great! Theyve all got professional experience, but if Cathys working, shes my go to driver who knows every road in the County.

They specifically asked for flight details and then arrived 30 mins later than scheduled arrival time. The drivers do not wear masks, even when we requested it.

A great cab service- when they show up.I scheduled a ride to work hours ahead; and they didnt show up at all. 20 minutes later I called and it went to voicemail.Had to call another cab to get to work, and arrived late because of it.Unfortunate.

Ive ridden in their cabs a couple of times and I think they do a great job with that. But, that being said Ive almost been hit multiple times trying to cross the street by them blowing through stop signs. I understand theyre on the way to pick someone up or trying to get someone to their destination quickly, but for f@#% sake open your eyes and follow the most basic of rules and stop at stop signs

We were stranded in freezing weather and gifted a cab ride by the Sharis crew. Little did we know the more fortunate treat was us getting Nancy. General wise the cab was fast clean and coat efficient but she was..is the reason I still have such faith in peoples hearts. Needing to be at the airport with a 4:30am pick up and knowing how tight the gate windows are at RDM is always a bit stressful. I had the best airport cab experience today. Danny was super attentive, friendly, while also being very professional. These folks have been picking up my son from middle school and taking him to his music lessons. Today they forgot him and left him standing in the dark alone. Im a single parent and a disabled infantry veteran. When I called their number the guy who answered said sorry hes not on the schedule I will never use them again. Ill uber or call their competion. Great cab company, there vans are nothing fancy, but they were extremely reliable, always available, and the drivers are nice and easy to talk to. Im not from Bend, we were here vacationing. We did the Bend Ale Trail and used coiled cabs the entire time to make our way from brewery to brewery.

Ive used these guys a couple times and they are always on time and professional. Drivers are courteous and always honest about time it will take for a pickup. Prices are reasonable. And they take cards. Anytime I need a taxi this will be my first call.

I needed them here by a certain time and they were early, and then because its Monday morning and everyone knows how smoothly Mondays go I had to call and tell them the pick up time was going to have to be later they were ok with that. Due to Green Cab calling the day before to inform me they could no longer pick me up at the airport, I had to schedule a last minute ride with Coiled Cabs. Larry was standing inside baggage claim with my name and could not have been nicer. He offered to help me with my bags. I ran into a long delay getting my bag and he patiently waited. He could not have been nicer and even though I was tired and it was very late, he was very responsive and got me quickly home. The car was spotless, no odor and very comfortable. I highly recommend this cab company and they will by my go to service from now on.
