Called for ride the night before on two separate days the first day they were late and today they no showed and then I tried to call back and no answer so I called Coiled Cabs and they wer there right away so don’t use this company call coiled cabs for a reliable quick pick up!
I have used four different cab companies in Bend and have stuck with Bend Cab for about a year now. They have always been the best cab service I could ask for. The dispatchers are always very respectful and courteous and the drivers a very good people, especially my main drivers Rev Kev and Christopher, but you guys all rock. Thanks for your service. I always highly recommend Bend Cab to anyone who is in need of a great cab company.

So cab was on time, and Rob the driver was very nice.However, its said on the website $35 flat rate Bend to rdm airport. With no conditions of time and area in Bend.So why did he charge me 40 dollars?Didnt want to argue he was a nice guy but why are you guys advertising for $35 flat rate?

They are the Best and love seeing them growing with new vehicles and now with they are using a new app. ..So easy to get a cab with out having to call a dispatcher ..You just download the FREE app TaxiCaller and follow the easy steps! It will send a text to let you know when your cab is on the way and a second text message alerts you that your cab has arrived .

Do not use this company I called and set a scheduled time for them to pick me up and they never showed up and didn’t answer when I tried calling multiple times they aren’t reliable and I missed my flight! Terrible company
I love Bend Cab! Every time Ive been told theyd be there, they were. Recently theyve updated their system and now its more computerized. I get a text telling me when my cabs on the way, and telling me when it has arrived. The ride has always been affordable, and my driver interesting. I recommend them to everyone without hesitation. I have always had a great experience with bend cab, always on time and I love there new online service and app works great every time. I always get a very helpful dispatcher along with a kind and clean driver. I use them 90% of the time because they have the most cabs on the road and always get me in a timely matter. And Ive never had a issue with timecalls either, there either early or on time. And if there running late they always call me and let me know. Thanks bend cab for all the great service.
Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about every experience weve ever had with Bend Cab. Every driver has always known enough about the area to recommend the most cost effective route. Theyve always been friendly and personable. Hands down the most dependable and professional cab in Bend.

Called them they said they would pick us up in 20 minutes. Waited over 40 minutes never showed up.First time I had a bad experience. Just used them again. Totally forgot about my free ride. But this time was a great experience. Friendly and great priced ☺

Called dispatcher and asked what the rates were for a rural pick-up. She said exactly what the rates were and when to expect the driver. He showed on time and the fare was spot on. Friendly driver and good service! Thanks!

I called to request a cab and was rudely informed the wait would be 20 minutes. When I called to check the ETA 20 minutes later I was treated very rudely by the dispatcher who informed me it would be at least another long wait. When I asked the dispatcher why he was being rude he hung up. Nice customer service guys.
It is so nice to see Bend Cab company updating up their fleet of cabs and they are now using an awesome Free app called TaxiCaller use customers version ..and it is so easy to use even for someone as old as me.
Horrible customer service... Just called a little over 24 hours in advance of my international trip for airport service. The woman that answered acted like it was an inconvenience that I was calling... said she was driving and couldnt take down my information. She said its better to call the night before, and I explained that I wanted to call a little sooner for peace of mind since I am traveling early in the morning and over the holidays. Her response? Ya, all the flights are early in the morning Ummmm.... no. She then asked if my flight was cancelled... I said no, how would it be cancelled, its two days from now... She replied with, ya but another storm is coming so they are cancelling things. With the weather, holiday, and lengthy flight, I want to secure a cab ride with a reliable company, decided to take my business elsewhere.
I called at 6pm at night to schedule a ride for 7:30 in the morning. Cab no called no showed. Generally this cab is great, but I wouldnt rely on it if you expect to make it to work.
UNRELIABLE & DISHONEST. Never use if honesty or making your flight matters. For instance an international ticket that can’t be rebooked because your taxi is 45 minutes late (despite being booked a week ahead, & despite my own calling half hour ahead of pickup just to make sure they’d be on time). Beginning at 10 minutes late I was lied to about ETA multiple times over the next 45 minutes. If I’d known they’d be that late I would have pounded on a strangers door for a ride. And then the driver said that the dispatcher quoted me the wrong price, that it was actually $10 more! He said he’d respect what the dispatcher said, I paid him extra anyways which I consider a small price for a the lesson to NEVER USE BEND TAXI. My hearts races just thinking about it. They are UNRELIABLE & DISHONEST. Zero stars if possible.

TERRIBLE. Worst company in town by far. Usually I call a taxi when needed, not just when they feel like it. 45 minutes+ to original pickup time (3 times in 2 weeks) had to call twice around midnight to get 3am taxi. Dispatcher harassed me multiple times while trying to schedule what was supposed to be an easy and safe way home. Just walk, most thier reviews are paid for anyways, should give you an idea as to how they treat thier staff/customers.BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Had one of their drivers cut me off and almost hit me downtown! Then proceeded to drive like an idiot and yell curse words out the window at me....REALLY? Called company to complain - all they could say was they had no drivers downtown. So now you dont even know where/who your drivers are!??? They also use their cabs for uber money (EXTRAS) which is NOT allowed! POS company DO NOT USE!!!

Just called to schedule a pickup for tomorrow evening. Was trying to get information out of the guy who answered the phone. He was rude, unhelpful, and ended up hanging up on me. Will absolutely never use this service nor recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact, Ill be sure to share this experience with friends. Checker Cab Company was far more helpful, better priced, and much friendlier. I recommend them over these guys a million times over!

Scary ride gas light was on change engine oil level ght was on windshield wiper fluid light was on. He never got out of the cab either at my pickup or drop off location didnt offer to help with my luggage and was clearly speeding a normal ride would take 45-50 mins took him 30.
Horrible experience. The driver is dispatching cabs the entire drive and packed another passenger into the cab without my consent and then proceeded to charge us both full fare. Then, he short changed me and I had to ask him for an extra 10 dollars. Smelly, dirty cabs and very doggy service. Avoid like the plague.
They are so rude! I had just got off from a long day of work, I call to get a taxi as soon as someone answers I politely asked how long it would take them to pick me up without being able to finish my sentence I was cut off with a rude 45 minutes! I then replied with you dont know my location.,the disbatcher then interrupted me again with everywhere is 45 minutes and then hung up on me! Yes I just got hung up on! Thanks to the guys at Coiled Cabs (who I originally called but looked around due to a 30 min wait) picked me up in 10 minutes! Call them! Coiled cab always has amazing and nice drivers.

First the good news. The car was clean and on time. Good news ends there. After we asked to be dropped of on the corner, [it was first Friday] the driver said that there was always a spot open in front of 900 Wall and it would be safer to stop there. There was not; so while attempting to pay, [this process took 10 minutes] he blocked traffic in both directions, and the pedestrians gave us dirty looks as they tried to maneuver around the car. He took my card, couldnt read it in the dark, and instead of swiping it, he attempted to manually input several times unsuccessfully. He brought out a flashlight that he dropped more than once, and finally told me that my card had been declined and demanded another card. I gave him another card. I had asked my wife to get out as we were already late for our reservation. She pulled on the handle several times and pushed the lock button to no avail. I asked the driver to let us out, and he rudely told her all she had to do was push the button, until he realized that he had the child lock on. No apology. Worst of all the ride cost $29.00 plus tip. This is for less than 6 miles. We took Lyft home. Same exact trip. No payment hassles [just get out of the car], and cost $15.31. And the cab companies can not understand why they are losing business to Lyft and Uber. Really???
I needed a ride from Hawthorne Station today and was SO glad to find Jerry at Royal Cab. Great service, great price, and a good, safe ride.
These dirtbags drive around their cabs while also driving for uber. Especially someone who drives a white Chevy impala in downtown bend. This is directly against Uber’s policy. Please report them if you get a cab for your uber ride!

Im not so happy with Bend Cab today.Driver showed up complaining his car had no front brakes (metal on metal) andhe was not concerned at all taking my older fragile wife to her Drs appt.When I asked why he drove the car off the lot like that? he said they tookthe van so this is all that was left OK so thats safe?I immediately called Bend cab and spoke to Amber the dispatcher whowas curt and refused to let me speak to the owner or mgr Reid Nichols.I said I have a very serious safety concern NOW and must speak to himand Amber again refused. I will have him call you back She seemedunconcerned that an unsafe vehicle was transporting people around town.IS SAFETY A CONCERN at Bend Cab?To be fair Reid did call me back after a few minutes, apologized and saidhe would look into it. Its the drivers responsibility to report any issues hesaid. Well are you tracking or recording daily mechanical conditions Reid?It said Bend Cab on the blue Chevy lic #266-HVK that arrived so I didassume Bend Cab is responsible for maintaining it as a safe vehicle.As for Amber she gets frustrated when call volumes are heavy he said.Suggestions Reid: Have a daily safety checklist for ALL vehicles and hireanother dispatcher whos nice.

No affiliation with Uber and dont seem to care that they are referenced BEND UBER TAXI in their Google listing when potential clients are querying for a taxi in Bend. They are the standard $2.5 a mile regardless. Will never use due to apparent shady practices.
Im am extremely hurt by the way I was treated. I was pick up about a week ago by a friendly guy(or so I thought)named Kevin. He charged me double the amount I usually get charged by anybody else which I didnt mind because I had just been paid. He took my card and wrote down all the information. Gave him my card address and all. He had me sign and wrote down the total amount. I said thank you and went into my house. All was fine. Today around 9 this morning I get a call from him saying he mustve written the numbers down wrong and he needs my information on the card again. I said yes of course but I Have to Call you after work around 1pm. He calls me around 1:30. Im still working at this time. I got off at 1:45. He proceeds to leave a voicemail asking to call back and what not. Then suddenly he starts threatening me and calling me names and that I gave him a bad card and how hes gonna have police at my door. So I Call him back asking him what the hell is his problem that my card had a lot of money in it. That he probably didnt write the correct numbers down and that I had no problem paying him. He lies to me telling me he had the wrong number but I knew he definitely had The right one because he adressed me by my name and told me the amount I owed which I know because I HAVE A RECEIPT. He cussed at me and was extremely rude!!!!! He said he was going to have police knocking at my front door and what not once again. I told him I will call the company manager and give them cash or a check. I told him if he didnt want that then I could meet with him and give him cash. He said thats not how it works and continued being rude. Now Ive called Bend Cab 3 times waited 3 minutes each time and no answer. Im willing to pay what I owe. Im not doing anything wrong. Im extremely offended and upset. Ive never been treated so horribly in my life. I will never use this cab service ever again and will make sure no one I know does unless something changes. This is too small of a town for a cab service this awful. Never in my 19 years in bend have I ever been treated so badly :(UPDATE: spoke with the police(Kevin called them) and the officer said he was sorry and was totally on my side. He advised me to stay away from him as he was threatening and he told me to pay the company directly and get ahold of them. Which I will do right away hoping they answer. I wont stop calling until they do and we can get this straightened out. God Ive never felt so awful. Hoepfully it can be straightened out.
Best Cab service ive ever experienced. Im new to town and was curious as to the difference between a local cab service and UBER, so I asked the driver. He explained to me that Bend Cab CO has state wide back ground checks, and that every driver is certified through the city. Also explained to me that thier rates dont change like UBER and that everyon in the vehicle is covered for personal liability coverage of up to 4.5 million. UBER drivers only have personal liabilty coverage which usually only covers 50 to 100k which we all know thats about a day or two in the hospital. If I were to get seriously injured I would have to pay the difference or sue the UBBER driver which would get me now where. I value my life and get a better rate from a local company, I will always use Bend Cab CO. They care about me and our community.
Called for pricing on a 3 mile ride, was told 6$ turns out its 2.50 to get in +3.00 per mile making my 6$ trip 13! Did no good whatsoever to call and check anything.
Not only did they leave me at RDM, no one called from dispatch to let me know.
