I think they would have gotten a much better review had they notified us that we need to make an account in order to do the Sunday pickup. It took us almost an hour to figure out that we needed to make an account login enter in our credit card information set up insurance and even call a couple Representatives just to pick up the keys so we can get started

We used two patient youngmen who rented UHaul truckand transported my sisteritems to a Uhaul facility.I rate them 10+.Two hard working young menUsing the name Junkies to transport our junk. LolThank you Both !!

Great experience - easy and fast to get a rental trailer

Renter beware. If you rent a trailer and you go on the tollway be prepared to not only pay the toll for your vehicle but also for the trailer you rent. They dont point this out when you rent the trailer.

Employee was very informative and it was so much less than what we thought based on the online reservation
