The people at the location I go to are so very friendly and helpful. The gym is also super clean and thats a major plus these days.

Came to know Greg @ Fit for Life. Greg is an excellent/professional, and personable trainer. He is definitely results- oreinted. If the ability EVER exists again, I would most definitely use him/his facility, again.

This place is really nice and not too big or too small. Just right. They offer classes a personal training as well. The service is very personable and the rates are very reasonable

Goss Fitness is the perfect boutique gym.Friendly staff, fantastic trainers, affordable rates, an excellent selection of equipment that’s well maintained, plenty of space, clean bathrooms and showers, group classes - this place has it all.Having been a member of multiple big box gyms and franchise gyms, I appreciate the personal care and attention that Greg, Kerri, and the entire staff bring to the gym. They truly go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. I can’t recommend Goss Fitness highly enough!
