This place gave me fungus in almost all of my toes!!!! Do not go here. They obviously don’t clean their tools I could not be more upset. I am in a wedding next weekend and now I have to deal with this and hope it gets better before then! Very disappointed and honestly just straight up disgusted.

TERRIBLE AND RUSHED. From time of sitting in chair to dryer it was 20 min. She was sloppy. Didnt even rub lotion in. I did the natural pedicure for $36. Nails are trimmed inconsistently. Chairs were comfortable and staffed seemed friendly. Was my first and last experience.

I have been going to US Nails for 15 (FIFTEEN) years for pedicures, fills and wax. Roughly 100.00 a month that is 180 months x 100.00 = roughly 18,000.00. The owner is a D Bag and cannot honor there coupons that they email out. Because I got the BASIC pedicure. No where on the emailed coupon does it say cannot be used with BASIC pedicure. It will be a matter of time before someone new takes over. This place changes management every few years. With the recent owner, his attitude and rude staff I am washing my hands with this dump. Im done. You lost a LOYAL customer. I will be visiting the salon across the street from you.

I went on a Sunday morning for a pedicure. The perfect treat for a pregnant lady! The salon seemed busy but I was happy to be seated right away. The water for my feet was lukewarm, basically cold. The lady who did my pedicure was very rude and it was the most painful pedicure I’ve ever experienced. It felt like part of my skin was being ripped away from my toe. When I submerged my feet back into the cold water, part of the skin around my toe burned. Two days later, I have a red, swollen toe, which I’m positive is infected. I’m hoping I can look up some home remedies or I’ll be having to visit the doctor for antibiotics and treatment. Completely disgusted, disappointed, and annoyed that I’m likely out more than the $45 + tip for a horrible pedicure. Don’t waste your time.

Do not EVER go here! In all years Ive been getting nails done, have I ever been treated the way I was treated! The manager was such jerk and started arguing with me because I said I wanted my nails rounder! He refused to fill my nails in how I asked, saying that I didnt tell him what I wanted. He was rude, passive-aggressive and argumentative. He went on for 20 minutes on me. Im still not sure why I didnt walk out. I guess because Ive been going there for so long.Wow! Just Wow!I have been a client for 10+ years, with no issues!Easy enough just to cross the street to the other salon,which I did.The manager also told the owner it was all me doing everything, and he did nothing wrong, and the owner believed him!!!!(I wish I had a tape!)The manager came in cranky right off,, asking me if I had partied all night. I actually think he was hung over! Never, ever again!

I am never disappointed here! I am not one to come monthly but when I come in, they take care of me so well! And it’s always done with care and quality!

Came in for a full set. Took over 30 minutes to be seated. Upon finally being seated, I was not attended to, but instead, told I needed to move for another customer to get their nails filled and a new color first. Highly displeased with the service I received. Would not recommend coming here, and absolutely will be looking elsewhere for a nail salon where Im not a dime a dozen.

Traveling for vacation and needed a polish refresher. Located right across from the hotel we were staying in. Spa quality pedicure. Would definitely recommend.

The spa is clean and the service was excellent. I had not been here for awhile and was pleasantly surprised by the remodel and lovely ambience. I will definitely go back.

Rushed on my nails. Didnt even do the shape right. Some were coffin and others were almond and my pinkie was a square. He filed some of my nails in the beginning down so much that they wouldnt stop bleeding and had to get some kind of liquid and cotton. And after when I clearly didnt like my nails and explained why he did a single coat of clear polish over then to fix it and said they look good. I am never going back would not recommend would give negative stars If I could.

Tan the nail tech was awesome. Friendly.. He did a great job. I didnt feel rushed. Not the cleanest place but overall good service. I will be returning to Tan.

Left with bloody nails. The next day one of my toes and 2 of my fingers hurt so bad I could barely touch anything.

Recently opened up again and was able to fit me into their busy schedule as a walk in for a full set gel and pedicure. Very nice staff and did a great job. Thank you 🙂

Affordable prices and decent job. I got a gel pedicure and dip powder manicure totaling $85. I’m happy with the results but have had better manicures. Lots of dip colors to choose from which is impressive!

Went to get my nails done today and when I walked in, I was seated right away, however...I first sat at a ladies station and she told me to go wash my hands to get the oil off my nails. I come back and they have given my seat to someone else so I sit at another persons station. Then right in the middle of doing my nails he tells me to hold on and then goes to draw a design on another customers nails. I sit there for about 10-15 mins waiting on him with 25% of my nails done so I couldnt leave even if I wanted to. Then the guy comes back and proceeded to finish my nails but now he is in a hurry because more and more people are starting to show up. He puts one of my nails on crooked but overall he did a decent job. I give this place a 3 star because they seem a little unorganized but my nail technician was having a hard day!

Poor service spent enough and my nails broke off a week later and they want to charge. Not only that my nails and my daughters and my friends nails are crooked. DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GOING THERE.

Had my pedi and mani done by a male, he was very polite and professional. It was the women who were very rude for no apparent reason. When I was done, a women was at the register, she took my car and swiped it. She gave me the receipt to sign and I asked if I could leave a tip, she groaned and then yelled “ugh, you were suppose to tell me before I swiped!” I said I was sorry that I did not know, and she continued to be rude. Most of the workers I encountered today had very poor manners. Although they got the “job” done, people come here as a “self-care” opportunity and to enjoy their pedicure/manicure, not to be belittled and yelled at.

I was nervous about trying out a new nail place, but I love my nails! I felt really comfortable here.

This is my 2nd time coming here. The 1st time 2 nails were crooked and the lady had an attitude when i asked her to fix them. I decided to give them another chance. The other day i went and it was a different nail tech and she kept stopping to talk and eat and do other things which was very annoying and once again i had crooked nails. If im paying 55$ i expect them to be done right and i tip good! Never again!

Although I have had a poor experience at this salon, I went there because I had a gift certificate. To my surprise, Don did a great job with white tips. Two weeks later and they are still very nice. I recommend Don. He is professional and conversational.

When I went there about 2 months ago I gotten a pedicure. This was the first time in a few years that I had one. (I forgot what they did) So I had one done, it took about an hour. They did not use any base coat on applying the nail lacquer. Also when they cut down the nail, they nearly cut into my nail bed! At that point I just thought that they do that at every salon. Then about 1 month after I visited a salon that was the complete opposite of this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEDICURES!

I ended up with a mean & very judgmental nail tech. She never said 2 words to me but her facial expressions and exasperated breaths told me all I needed to know. It was literally the least comfortable experience I’ve ever had in a nail shop. I still tipped her a good amount though because I want her behavior to reflect on her karma and not mine!

I havent been here in years. They were very welcoming. The service was great, I got in and out. Ill be going back again.

Everyone was rude. My little sister just wanted to get simple one color gel nails done and the lady said no they have no time. 4 ladies were just sitting on their phones. 1 hour before closing!

Over charged and got an infection...we were told 25.00 plus 5.0 extra for gel. Well it was actually 40.00. After two days developed a rash. Been a week now and Dr is not sure but could possibly be a staph infection. Either infection they are looking at looks like it was caused from this nail salon...beware...

Called and said hey I am right across the street are you guys busy. They said no we can take you right away. And by right away they meant 45min later.....very pushy on upgrades. Almost no English spoken at all the entire time I was there. Very painful and rough. Then when she was done my nails were very thick and chunky. They looked like I needed a fill even though they were brand new. It took so long for a simple 1 color acrylic set that they were very close to closing and she was rushing. Then when I went to pay they asked why I hadnt left a tip on my card even,though I was planning to give her cash. Worst. Experience. Ever!

I always have Sandy do my nails and pedi. She is fantastic.

Not impressed. Got a full set of gel nails and it chipped within a day. Went back on day 2 to get nails ground down more because they were too long(my fault). Nail grinding was very uneven and they didnt put polish on so all the polish on one nail came off in less than three hours. Another one is already chipped within those three hours. Very disappointed.

Nice and relaxing. My daughter and I each got a manicure and pedicure.The technicians were very gentle too.

Terrible experience. Please dont spend your hard earned money here. They work too quickly and arent very kind. You feel rushed and as if your a nuisance. I had a full set done, and one day later one cracked off. I drove back to get it fixed and they did so for no charge. Then that same night, another cracks off. I drove back and they fixed them but I had to complain and be stern so I would get what I needed and not be charged. (Rightfully I should not have been.) However they still charged me for gel polish after all that. I am upset to say the least. Never going back. Ever.

This by far has been the most painful service I have ever gotten. I get my nails done all the time but I dont think Ive ever had someone hurt almost every single finger several of my nails are bleeding and then after she cut my fingers with the tool she sprayed alcohol on them. She never had me wash my hands to get the dust off of them. And after waiting for her to finish my design she does a hot wax treatment and it messed up my design. Im just going somewhere else tomorrow to have them fix my nails I will never returned to this place

I paid 99$ got a pedi mani my nails are not filled well and I got my eye brow done and they are so jacked!! One is way higher than the other hopefully it can be fixed!! Never going to this place again

I went in on new years eve for the first time, last minute but they welcome walk ins. i did have to wait like 20 min but i have done that before. this is my first nail salon i have visited since moving to beloit. I usually get the french no chip manicure. i was impressed with the price of 25 vs the 35 i normally used to pay back in the Chicagoland area, but the quality was poor. it did seem clean and friendly. I know the lady didnt have to rush since no one was waiting after me, but i felt like she rushed through me. she started to apply the lacquer right after filing my nails and all the dust was trapped on my nail, just awful. My nails didnt cure under the uv light properly, she just quickly told me to keep my hands under them without normal 2min or so time after each layer of lacquer. The manicure didnt include soaking my hands, lotion, or any type of hand massage. it was quick and cheap. i dont think i will be coming here again and my search continues for my neighborhood nail salon.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Unclean, they are super rough. She cut my finger never stopped just kept going the blood got on the tool never saw her change it...nails looked terrible, nail polish was globbed on. 2 days later the gel nail was falling off not only that, i got fungus under 2 of my real nails. Called to complain said it was their problem! And laughed at me. They need to be shut down!
