I have used this salon for about 6 months and prior to a week and a half ago I would have given 5 stars. However I went in the day before my wedding to get nails done and they where unable to serve me at that time asked me.to come back later which I politely said I would not be able to do so and would have to go elsewhere. Upon saying this one of the gentlemen that works there proceeded to tell me ok you go somewhere else and come back later and we will fix them. I found this very rude and unprofessional because of this I will never return to them as I left there the day before my wedding in tears at how rude they where. In the end I had nails done at beauty nails and they where perfect and exactly what I wanted. So if you want to have employees there be rude to you this is the place to go otherwise I wi would go elsewhere if you want professional polite service.Photo added is the beautiful job done elsewhere that needed no fixing as the so rudely implied when I said I would have to go elsewhere.

Great service! John did a fantastic job on my dip nails. Very nice staff and reasonably priced. In and out in an hour (didnt have to wait).

They have 1 lady that is OK but the rest not so much. The lady cut my finger nails so short they were bleeding. And the other lady filed about 30 layers of skin off my toe tips. This was the worst experiance Ive ever had. My fingers and toes hurt for almost 2 weeks after these hacks butchered me.

Loved how gentle and kind they were while doing my nails! I showed the person doing my nails a picture of what I wanted and she did an amazing job! My sister also got her nails done...they weren’t exactly what she was looking for but was okay with how they turned out. Will definitely be coming back!

Clean friendly environment. I looked at reviews and this place was the highest in town and I see why. The prices are also very reasonable. I will gladly come back.

Overall clean and friendly. Had eyebrows and nails done. Eyebrows are great. Probably going back to have nails fixed. 3 are crooked.

I have been there several times and so far great experience, all the employees are very nice and do their job in their own way of style, I have met all the employees and they all do a wonderful job and all are great in their own way but I have had some issues that are common issues for nails but they will fix it without an issue and I understand sometimes that some of the employees might be having an off day but truly all of them are fantastic

Absolutely phenomenal, they engaged in conversation, offered beverages, very professional. We laughed, joked and had fun while I was getting my nails done. Services were geared towards customer satisfaction. The hand massage at the end was amazing! I definitely left as a satisfied customer.

The guy who looks young and did my pedicure did a fantastic job also the person who did my nails which was Ben was amazing

Young guy ruined my nails very bad. Cut nails so shot bare skin was showing and shaved down my ACTUAL NAIL. Terrible terrible job and now my fingertips are burningUpdate: After a condescending phone and a couple of text messages it shows how unprofessionally they handle things and I will NEVER return to this establishment.Note: Don’t try to gaslight your customers when you clearly did a HORRIBLE JOB

This is by far my favorite place to get my nails done! The techs are so friendly and are really willing to do what they can so that you leave loving your nails.

No needs an appointments there but its better if you make it one...

I am blown away by how great my experience was today. Very nice employees who offered me a drink before they started the services (first time this has happened anywhere around here). The employee engaged In conversation with me rather than just with each other. I am very pleased with the results. I didn’t feel like they were rushing and they paid attention to detail and to make sure things were exactly how I wanted them. With their current special I got a fill and pedicure for under $40! Yes both for under 40 bucks I felt bad like I was ripping them off. If you are like me and have been disappointed with your current spot or just looking for a good deal this place is definitely worth giving a shot. I will not be going back to any of the other nail shops in Beloit.

Normally, all employees are very kind ; however the young man who does pedicures is very unprofessional and performs poorly. The detail of conversation was very personal, unnecessary and uncomfortable. My experience with this young man was one of the worst I have ever had at any establishment. Would not return due to this experience.
