If I could give negative stars I would. Their hours are posted on their door as well as on Google. Drive through opens at 8:30. Apparently its changed to 9 as of SEPTEMBER, and no one has updated google, nor have they bothered to change the hours posted on their door. Normally, I have nothing but praise for the people at the drive through...the regulars for lack of a better word, are great. Unfortunately, BMOs lack of regard for their regular customers is lacking.

I wish I could rate negative stars. Just spend 45 minutes in line. This happens every Saturday. I dont know if its a scheduling problem, or staffing problem, but they need to figure it out. People and business cant afford to waste 45 minutes in line at a bank. Especially when I finally get to the window, and theyre all just sitting around. Definitely calling the main branch and complaining. This was such a set back
I have had nothing but issues since opening my BMO account. Ive never experienced anything like this with Chase, Bank of America, or even US Bank. First, Ive opened online checking accounts numerous times and never had to go in person to sign any papers. With BMO, I did. Then I had a hell of a time activating my debit card. I called CS, and they said I had to go into a branch on the following Monday to get the card activated, meaning I didnt have access to my money for 2 days. Next I couldnt set up Zelle, and the banker who helped me fix the debit card problem wasnt able to figure it out so I just gave up on that. Finally I went to close my account today, and I cant do an external transfer because of an error message. I cant wait to be done with this bank!!
The staff at this location is very unprofessional & rude EXCEPT the lady in the 1st station to closet to the door. I went in get a paper notarized & no one even greeted me. I sat down with Janette & I asked her a question and she rudely stated What? I was not happy with the experience at this location & I will not do any banking at this location again. No one has friendly faces at all. Everyone needs a coaching on customer service. If I had enough time I wouldve sat down with the Branch manager & voiced my concerns with my 5min experience at this location.
BMO Harris has always treated me nice I have my business account there its a great place to go and never a bad experience
