Don’t know what’s going on with USPS for 3 months the rent check either showed up several weeks late or not at all . Not cool . I get a late fee plus rent cause someone’s asleep at the switch . My rent check only travels about 60 miles from where I live . WTH ?

Second time since mid-January that Ive had packages delivered while Ive been home all day but since I have the Informed Delivery I get an email and text when my stuff supposedly arrives and theres nothing. Not even my camera triggers for movement. Always helpful when I need to mail things, but this is getting quite old when Im trying to receive them. I wouldnt even be mad if it had to be delayed, but Im not even getting them delayed.

I have never been more upset with the USPS than I am now. My husband and I just moved into a new house. We quickly got a letter from the USPS saying we needed to install a curbside mailbox. Okay, fine. We didnt get a box put up immediately because we were MOVING and dealing with the chaos of that. We noticed we werent getting mail, but we still had access to our previous residence so we werent incredibly confused or concerned. Meanwhile, USPS sent no reminder notice about requiring a curbside box. Eventually, my husband stopped at the USPS office to ask what the problem was. He immediately put up a new mailbox. Days later were still not receiving mail, so he had to go back to the office (which is incredibly chaotic) and again ask what the problem was. Apparently, he didnt install the mailbox close enough to the curb. WHEN WERE THEY GOING TO TELL US THAT? We were given 0 instruction on required mailbox specifications. They have withheld important mail from us for WAY too long with ZERO communication about why theyre doing it. Ridiculous. Also - I have yet to see another house in the city that has a curbside mailbox.

Late packages, missing packages, says delivered (but nothing at all) and wrong address deliveries constantly. It is getting to the point where Amazon probably thinks I am cheating them. Someone from that place is giving their family a great Christmas and stealing. Never had this much stuff go wrong or missing....Thank goodness for Amazon A-Z delivery guarantee.

We went to renew my daughter’s passport and the lady never told us it would take 10-12 weeks otherwise we would’ve pay for the expedited service. My daughter missed her trip and we lost our money.

Packages constantly delivered to the wrong address ... Ive had to make several calls... We have addresses for a reason.. (just saying)

Just be honest if you dont have time to deliver a package. Lying and saying Front Door/ Drive way not accessible reflects poorly on the postal service, especially when USPS already delivered a package.....

Live in an apartment building with 100+ apartments, had a prescription delivered that would fit in my mail box. Instead, it was thrown on the floor in front of the mail boxes. Thank God it was seen by our apartment manager!

Service the last 3 months has been very bad! Don’t trust them with my mail. Poor mailman comes at 7-730 pm. Packages get delayed because they are sent to wrong city? Price you pay for postage is way too much for service u you don’t get 😔

Joyce was the perfect person to work with me and my husband for our very first passports. She was knowledgeable and so much fun. She truly made applying for a passport a great experience ( which you would think otherwise normally). Also, I already received my passport book and it hasnt even been 2 weeks since my appointment. Awesome!

New update as of 4/13/21. Beloit WI post office. I had a problem up on grant st. All the female delivery people are the most wonderful deliverers. Now a new gentleman is delivering almost daily. Wonderful person. Rings bell when leaving a package. Says HI when we see him at the door. Such a great feeling and positive experiance. I hope he is permanent. Ladies always welcome on his day off. Not sure where rude guy went but good ridance.

How on earth do you speak to a real person in the phone???? My mailbox was knocked over by a plow so wanted to talk to someone about it. The automated system would not connect me. So frustrating!!!

I was supposed to get a Amazon package delivered on a Saturday. I received a message from Amazon that an attempt was made, I was home all day. I dont think my mail gets delivered very often on a Saturday

This facility has been no help me in finding my package that I paid for and never received. They also are not letting me file a missing mail complaint. They emailed me saying this issue has been resolved when that is not the case at all! They blame Hartford, WI USPS for scanning my package then losing it. It seems like they are ok with me never receiving the package I paid a lot for. Shut this garbage facility down! One star is way too generous!

Joyce is an absolute doll. They were minutes from close and I had no idea what I was doing. She was extremely patient, answered all my questions, and helped me ship my package in time.

Always have nothing but issues here! Paid to have a letter overnighted and they tried to change the date in the system to say that it made it on time when it didnt. I had the receipt to show the correct date and it was a huge issue just to get a refund.

Worst post office ever.Packages constantly are delivered to the wrong address! The staff are not competent. They want you to go looking for the package they mis delivered.

Shipped a package out January 7th and was told it would be in Arizona January 9th. As of today....Ive talked to several employees and no one can tell me where my package is....and what the issue is of why it is not at the destination yet. Ready to demand my package back and ahip it from ups.....so upset

Post Mistress runs it like a Concentration camp. Makes up her own rules. Employees appear scared of her. Doesnt follow Postal rules that all other Post offices do. She is Ruler and tough if you dont like it go somewhere else.

Brought a plush coat to return to the company. It was vacuum packed so I couldnt figure out how to best wrap it.The counter lady got a box, shoved it in,fixed the label and asked if she could do anything else for me today.Awesome service.

I think it’s amazing how good the customer service is in Beloit and Delavan.

There postal workers are so gong lazy I have video footage of them skipping my house 3 days in a row. Pathetic

Came home to find my mail sitting on the door of my mail box. Of course it was raining so it was soaking wet. One of the items was for renewal of my health insurance and it is time sensitive.... Now I have to ask them to resend it & hope it gets renewed on time.

Sometimes they don’t seem so friendly but they’re helpful at getting what you need done.

Sometimes slow, sometimes super speedy and helpful. Its a crap shoot with the staff any given day.

Carriers deliver my mail so very late usually i have to wait for mail 6 to 7 pm and i always have mail i need and no post office boxes are available so have no choice

They always get me my packages on time and leave them on my door like I asked!!!

Always charging extra postage on my packages I receive . What is up with that ? $8.30 extra - $7.90 extra - $11.15 extra theres no way every other post office in the country is wrong . What a bunch of thieves.
