This place has gone down hill. May be new ownership, may just be lazy staff. I remember a time when they would bend over backwards to help me out. Not anymore. You’re better off staying away.

These guys are honest and fair. Not too common now days. I will support local businesses like these over big corporate chains any day. Give them a call or drop in for tire service. These guys are a great bunch and will take good care of you.

Quoted me a price and it was $100 more than what they quoted. Other than that service was good. Bit of a ripoff and would go to walmart or hillside. They wont lie about the price

I went to F&F Tire because I needed to get two tires replaced. Their showroom had several brands on the floor so I could scrutinize the various tread patterns for the conditions that I might encounter. I made my choice and made an appointment(which was very reasonable). At the time of my appointment the process went along reasonably well and I was on my way in no time. Everyone I encountered was very courteous and business oriented towards the customers.

When I brought my 16 foot trailer up from my shop in Rockford to pick up a load of cabinets from the new showroom I opened a couple blocks away, I noticed a flat tire on the trailer. Upon closer inspection, I discovered the valve stem was broke. A quick search revealed F&F two blocks away. Cool I thought. Ive bought 4 new sets of tires over the last couple years from F&F and had other things done from the one I normally go to, this place should be good. I wasnt disappointed. I got my trailer there when they opened as I was on a schedule. Ended up replacing all 4 valve stems because the other ones were showing signs of failing soon. They got it done pretty fast at a very reasonable rate. Big thank you to the guys!

Called to see about an opening and said were open range for times and didnt have to make a scheduled appointment even tho I was told to call back next day and now booked til moday and Tuesday.if that was the case why couldnt i just make an appointment now I have to wait for a week. Sounded so smug about it too. Poor customer skills

Coldest day of the year needed air in my tires every place I called said theyll do it for a price came here they put air in my tires, fast service, friendly people and they didnt charge anything awesome people. I think its just wonderful that there are people like this out there that will help a person out no matter what even if youre broke, its just great to have people and places like this around.

Told me my tire would be ready for pick-up, waited another 20 mins when I got there because they hadnt even started. When I got my tire I was missing my valve cap. They didnt tell me they broke it when I went back and asked for it. I realized after I got home the stem was snapped off in it.

I was in about 3 weeks ago and had leaky axial seals replaced on my Ford Escape. They made it a priority to work with my budge limitations as well as time constraints since I was coming in from out of town. Top notch service and 100 times more flexible than the “big” name shops! I will be back.

Emergency tire repair performed first thing on a Monday morning. In and out 30 minutes within the initial phone call. Manager very courteous, never stopped moving. Great relief after waking on the last leg of our epic 1000 mile journey moving daughter to Wisconsin for first post college job. Next time husband will fix before we leave, but great service here. Better than husband, in this case.

Very honest, knowledgeable techs. They do the work right the first time. I drive 30 miles to this place because I dont trust the ones near where I live as much as this F&F.

Had a coolant leak on my car, called F&F and they said they would be able to get it in right away. They called me back saying it was the water pump, and they could have it fixed by noon for shy of $500. They also had called the Dodge dealer across the street and checked if it was under warranty and it was. They told me it was under warranty and said they would take it over to the dodge dealer and let them finish up for no charge. They were very helpful, honest and professional. In the future when I have auto needs I will be going to this F&F.

Pretty good experience. I was wanting to go with a quality tire for once in my life. The service manager was very helpful and informative. I was excited to find a place downtown Beloit close to the office, so I could leave my car there and walk to office. I was sold on, and ended up getting the ultra deluxe package for my tires, which equates to free roadside assistance to change out spare, free repairs of tire in case of puncture, free tire rotations, and $16 oil changes. Just went in for my first oil change yesterday, and it wasnt $16, but total cost was $27. I just think If oil change total price is going to be $27, dont say it is going to be $16 when youre selling tires to me.Edit 5/8/18 - I have been taking my car here for a while now, and I have grown to like this place and the people working here. It is only two doors down from my office, so it is convenient to drop it off to them.

I bought tires from them years ago. Got a good price on special tires for Camaro. Today, took wifes car with a slow leaking tire. They found a nail, fixed the hole, and didnt charge her a cent. Now THAT is American business at its best.

Not wearing masks even when in direct contact with the public.l, and service h as gone steeply downhill. Extremely disappointed in my I past TWO experiences. Going to L&C in the future.

Never go here.....EVER! My wife took my vehicle there and they wanted to charge her over $800 of repairs that we got fixed for $200 elsewhere. They constantly try to get you to fix things that are perfectly fine. COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!

I took my truck there for an alignment because it pulled to the right, they called me 2 hours later and said it would cost a lot more $149.99 for parts to adjust the camber . Well anyone that knows front ends knows, that has nothing to do with pulling to the right . so they charged me $90.00 to adjust the toe in toe out which would’ve fixed it but they never even touched it . I was so mad I swore I would never go back . I just want everyone to know this place is a ripoff, what a bunch of losers .
