Great service and staff!.... Ryan was very honest and upfront with what needed to be done and also pointed out some things that I didnt see to keep an eye on for the future. They got the work done in less than 48 hours and I highly recommend them!

Very disappointed. I had a window controller malfunctioning so I asked for a new part. They supposably fixed it. I got my car and drove home. I tested the windows and they still wouldnt go down. I called over and over and was told they would order another used part. Well no one called me. I called so many times and got excuses. Then i was told ryan was ordering a brand new part. I still kept hope. I never got a call. I gave up. I wasted alot of money on it and imo they owe me. I never had such a bad experience at a auto repair shop. Im still shocked. They were nice and I trusted them

Service manager is super nice. Very easy to deal with. Couldnt ask for better. Had the starter replaced on my wifes van. No issue with the quality of the work. The price is in my opinion very high. Tried to charge me over $50 to hook up a diagnostic tester when we already knew the starter was bad. They agreed to waive that cost. But then charged a $33 Shop supplies and expense fee. For what?? Handsoap?? Its a starter! Its a few bolts and wires to replace it. I could have done it in 45 minutes had my van broke down at home instead of next door to Buttita Bros. Quality work. Nice to deal with. HIGH prices.

On a family trip and we were having some car troubles. We googled close shops and BUTITA BROTHERS COMPLETE AUTO CARE came up. Not knowing what to expect we took the vehicle to the shop and explained our situation. They were fast to get us in and did not turn us away as did 2 or 3 other local shops did. Friendly and promptly service here!

Transmission cooler failed on a road trip and found Buttita Brothers close by. They were open later than any other shop and helped me determine it was safe to drive a short distance to a hotel. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it the next morning and we had our vehicle back in the afternoon. We cant thank them enough for helping us out in a stressful situation!

They have a great team of mechanics there who do great work. I love the 2 year warranty, if anything goes wrong you dont have to pay a dime! They are honest, fast & usually can get you in right away.

I can only say great things about butitta brothers and everyone that works there. they treated me with respect and professionalism. the manager met with me personally and answered all my questions with very clear answers. it is harder finding a good mechanic than it is to find a good doctor, but i am very satisfied that buttita brothers in beloit will be my mechanic from now on. and i highly recommend them to everyone that needs automotive repairs.

Took good care of my car and very pleased with the rates and service.

Forgot oil drain plug after an oil change ran all oil out! Decided to give another chance to do the right thing on another repair...Quotes one rate for repair then charges twice the amount. Not touching my vehicle again.

Worst place possible. They had my car for 2 months and all they did was nothing. They didnt fix the brakes they were paid to do, they broke the fuel line, damaged my side and front end and the car runs like they messed it up so Id have to bring it back in... Not a chance

Horrible company. They said they replaced several parts but didnt. I had a running vehicle when I left it, now it wont run and they wont fix it. Horrible customer service, they only want your money.

I took my 07 jeep wrangler in due to a rough running engine. Ryan told me i he could have it squared away in two or three days. Ended up taking his shop two weeks to fix the problem. He towed my vehicle to another shop to have it fixed without my consent, and on top of that the check engine light came on after driving it off the lot...im talking like two blocks away. I had a tool bag in the back, went to go grab some wrenches a few minutes ago and relized some of my tools were missing. I know for a fact they were in there before i took it to them. They are not to be trusted and i cannot stress enough how unsatisfied i am with their service. Dont waste your time or money.

Not what I paid for never again

Alternator on my ‘12 Explorer quit on the freeway. 6hrs from home on a Friday at 10am. Called these guys, they said they’d look, no promises (everybody’s busy, I get it). Limped it in, they confirmed it. 5mins & a couple calls later, told me they could get me back on the road same day & even pointed out a good lunch spot. At 2:30p I was down the road for a fair price. Excellent work, & now 3 wks later no issues or regrets. I got to spend the weekend with my family bc these guys were willing to handle a last-min aggravation on a fri. Thx again guys.
