A great job was done converting the old hospital into a Senior living apartment facility, but management needs to start listening to and addressing the needs of their residents. A relative has been living for months with hot water coming out of all faucets in the unit (this appears to be the case throughout the building). Although they have been notified, management continues to ignore the issue.
